This place is a dump. The RV lot are small and the tree are not trimmed. You will destroy your Rv if you are not careful. The staff have no clue about Rv length. Once you pay, there no getting it back. Stay away from this place. It not to be used for vacation, it full of permanent rv and ir run down. The rules are insane, because the don’t do any work on the place. I will called Good Sam and see why this place is listed with 9 star, it a POS site and nothing more. Stay Away.
Do not book this RV Park. This park should not even be listed on the Good Sam Website! I called and made a reservation for 4 nights for May 18 thru May 22, 2020. I asked the Lady on the phone about the heated pool, she said, yes, usually at least 84 degrees, and a hot tub. She asked for my credit card for the first night deposit of $58.50. I had no problem with this as this is normal to make a reservation. The next day I checked my credit card postings, and found the 1st night deposit was charged.... Read More

She asked for my credit card for the first night deposit of $58.50. I had no problem with this as this is normal to make a reservation. The next day I checked my credit card postings, and found the 1st night deposit was charged. Also, they took the liberty to make another charge for 175.50, the balance in full for the next 3 nights. I began to wonder why this was done. Upon arrival, I had my answer. They needed to get ALL of the money, before we saw the lack of repairs, and the empty broken pool, not heated, not even water in the pool. Definitely not looking like the photos on the ad! And for the Hot Tub listed, it was completely removed some time ago, as told by some of the permanent residents of the park! The showers are another story. The first one I was trying to use, the handle came right off, lack of repair. The second bathroom with shower, the urinal had a big sign on it, "out of order". This looks like it was a beautiful park at one time. Either the owner passed, and some family member now owns this park, and lives off-site, or an investor owns the park and does not want to spend any money on it to keep it up. Run the other way, find another park. Do not give them your credit card number. BTW, limestone gravel dusty streets!!!

Be careful to check what you are getting into before you give them any money. If you are not happy here you are free to leave but they will not be returning your money. $470 plus electricity a month is cheap. The plus cost of electricity which you are not going to find out until ten days after you leave. Is a total rip off. $100 to run a refrigerator, TV, an occasional light and a fan for a month. God help you if you turn on your AC. Kiss good bye to your $200 deposit. This place is by no means... Read More

This is not a RVer's vacation spot. It is a low rent trailer park filled with permanent residents. Do not expect the usual camaraderie found at vacation spots. There are a lot of people living here that you never see.
My home Town of Paradise was destroyed by fire in 2 hours on Nov 8th 2018. I look for escape routes and fire exits. Sea Breeze has none. It has one way in and out with a narrow pinch point at the trash containers that will be a bottle neck in case of fire. For anyone trying to get out and preventing fire trucks from entering the property. Not all of the wires are underground or well maintained. Just days after I left, I was told the old overhead wiring I worried about where I was parked, did start sparking. Sparking electrical wires caused the fire that burned my home to the ground. Keep a go bag handy. When a fire starts here you will have to abandon you car and RV to escape on foot. I saw only one fire hydrant in the park.
It was far from a welcoming experience. I wanted to leave that same day but they had my money. I could not afford to write it off by leaving. I booked a month in Port Aransas where the Gulf Coast beach is that very day. There is no beach at Sea Breeze. The shoreline is littered with construction demo debris. They do have a swimming pool.
The slow speed wifi will let you watch Netflix most of the time. If is pretty much useless for anything else like FaceBook, Couchtuner, ECT. It took overnight to download pictures. Although the fellow they send to " fix" the wifi was one of the few friendly staff I encountered during my stay.
If you are looking for a low rent trailer park to stay in and are willing to forgo safety to save money Sea Breeze may be the place for you.
They really don't seem to care about bad reviews. The rude staff is a common complaint spanning years without improvement.

This is an old campground that needs a lot of updating. All sand and gravel made it extremely dirty. The majority of the sites for full time residents are not very nice. They don't show these on the internet. There are very few nice sites for travelers. The restrooms were more like powder rooms with a small shower. They were clean, but there were only 2 of these rooms for men and 2 for women. Which means if someone was taking a shower -- you couldn't use the restroom! If you have a vehicle,... Read More

If you have a vehicle, this campground is located close to Corpus Christi and things to do. There are no bike/walking trails or anything within walking distance. And be careful of their reservation system. They said we'd have a spot, but would not take a deposit and would not send me an email confirmation--I called them twice. When we arrived on a Sunday, no one was there to check us in and our packet wasn't left for us. Thank goodness for the maintenance man who helped us find a site. Won't stay there again.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! Don't even bother making reservations because they don't honor them when you get there. I made arrangements for a certain lot, they called to confirm while we were in route, then when we arrived we had been assigned a different lot in an undesirable area of park. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS PARK!
Typical winter Texan park. Very crowded spots. Very few restroom facilities for overnighters. Centrally located for Aransas and Corpus visits.
