Great customer service. Restrooms are less than satisfactory. After a shower each evening i felt like i needed to shower again in my camper. Tight spaces!!! If you have anything over 25' (we have 37') be prepared to not have any space. Your front steps are literally your neighbors windows and slid-outs. No fire rings. Lots of full timers live there and their spaces are very junked up. Should be some kind of regulations against junking up spaces due to hazards with fires or emergencies. We fairly... Read More

I intended to stay at this campground for two weeks. However, a family moved in next door on the 7th day and had a pit bull that tried to attack my dog along with a friend's dog. We spoke to the office and was told they had no policy against pit bulls or other potentially dangerous dogs. They could speak to the family about keeping the dog inside or would refund the remainder of our reservation and we could move. We moved rather than wait for another potential attack. I would not recommend this... Read More

I would not recommend this park to anyone unless they establish a pet policy immediately. Also, when checking in, show your Good Sam ID immediately or you will not get a discount after they charge your credit card. They do not ask for your Good Sam card!

The management staff was very helpful during check in and help with the surrounding area. The camp ground is close to all the action in Pigeon Forge. The camp site was decent size for our 41' 5th wheel. We were in one of the pull through sites. The only thing that would need to be changed was the leveling of the stone. It rained our first night there and there was quite a bit of standing water at one end of the site that just happened to be under our outdoor kitchen area. We will definitely stay... Read More

The office staff was friendly upon arrival. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Sites are gravel but clean and level. Each site has concrete pad. Sites are very close together. There is a public park adjacent that does produce some noise, but if you are in the area to see the sights, then you are not here in the early PM anyway. Laundry facility hours should be expanded. Now only open from 9AM to 5 PM . Need to be available so that you can use it early AM or late as most times you... Read More

Good location - right in the middle of everything in PF-Gatlinburg. Good cable, good wifi.

If you are looking for a Campground that gives you Grass, Firepits, and quiet relaxing then DO NOT STAY HERE! Sites are 99 percent gravel and you are packed in like sardines. Not only that but on certain evenings you get the pleasure of listening to a intermural Football game with blaring speakers and screaming fans. If you are looking for somewhere to park your RV and just hit Pigeon Forge and just return to sleep then this is a Great RV Park for you. I just prefer to fix a campfire and relax some.... Read More

Park is kept sparkling clean, and park itself is very quiet. The website needs updating so people can see the sites.

We have stayed in this park 8-10 times. We always look for other parks but, at the end of the day, this is the place to stay in Pigeon Forge. Not the nicest park we've ever stayed in but plenty nice. Great sights along the creek. We don't use their facilities but they are nice and clean. We are perfectly happy here and will continue to stay here. We've look at other places and stayed at 6-7 other campgrounds in the area but keep coming back here. The reason?? Location Location Location. Their... Read More

Front desk has always been nice, helpful and friendly. Their maintenance man not only loaned me a wrench he came down and helped me fix a propane problem. We normally look for RV Resorts as opposed to campgrounds. Although I classify this as a campground, it has such a homey atmosphere. we really like it here and getting ready to book another week for Thanksgiving. We had friends meet us here for a few days in their motor home. I was afraid they wouldn't be happy in this park. They loved it.
