Lets make one thing perfectly clear.....this is NOT an RV Resort, it's a campground! If you would like an example of an RV Resort, in Michigan, refer to Indigo Bluffs RV Resort in Empire, MI and you'll clearly see the difference. Positives: Decent location to drive to Petosky or Cheboygan. Friendly staff and easily located off of I-75. They have Wi-Fi.....but we carry our own router so not sure the quality of the signal. Positives: Decent location to drive to Petosky or Cheboygan. Friendly staff and easily located off of I-75. They have Wi-Fi.....but we carry our own router so not sure the quality of the signal. Pool looks clean and overall the grounds are maintained. The CG is primarily occupied by travel trailers & 5th wheels with a sprinkling of Class A's.
Negatives: With the exception of one pad, all sites are dirt/sand combo....overall level. We were in a Class A, 37ft, with toad, in one of their "Supersites". Don't be fooled, there's nothing super about this site other than length. The fire ring was 30ft in back of our rig. Forget about using satellite as there's lots of tree cover. There's no cable.

We arrived without a reservation and were given a site for the night. I did not want to unhook my trailer and was given a pull through. There are plenty of trees for shade and the sites are far enough apart to have some privacy. The pool and restrooms were super clean, and the staff went above and beyound to help. We would return in a heat beat.
We stayed here in June and the campground is okay but lots of pine trees that put sap on your vehicles and gear. The price was way to high at $40 per nite. Sites are not level and are gravel and dirt. The utilities are fine and the power was good. Cost for a site would be fair at $25 not $40. They are gouging people at the high rate. The location was good for us but I will look for another park next time that is fairly priced for what they offer.
