Rancho Verde RV Park was the 97th stop for us and stayed 8 nights to see Camp Verde, Cottonwood, and Sedona. Check in was quick and the person doing it was very nice as was our site escort and the rest of the staff. The park itself seems to be in a strange place as you wind through some neighborhoods and you will pass an rv resort but are located near Hwy 260. You pull into the office parking but then have to back out to get to the sites themselves – not a huge challenge. The roads are paved and... Read More

The roads are paved and the site we had had large gravel, a patio and grass – overall the park is kept very clean and has some nice shade trees. It is a smaller park with many long term residents (sites nicely maintained) and they were very welcoming. In terms of connectivity: WiFi 3.5 down/6.0 up, T-Mobile 23 down/5.0 up, Verizon 65 down/12 up. All in all, would stay here if in the area in the future.

Nice, quiet and clean RV camp ground. Laundry room was exceptional clean, incl washers and dryers. The restroom were very clean as well. They have a couple of spots for short term stay, no pull through, back in only, I believe, but the host will assist you backing in. We do advise, as the campground does, to be there before dark. They even called us to followed up and what time we would be approx. arriving. The hosts are nice, very helpful and available when you need them. We were having problems... Read More

We were having problems with connecting to their WiFi and contacted the owner. They were not physical there, but there via email. They checked into it and the host started the two routers a couple of times. They worked on it and in about two days the internet was working, it was slow, but it worked. But fair to them, the park rules does state that internet is available, but not guaranteed. The owner was responsive and apologized for the inconvenience. We do not depend on resort /campground's as we are equipped with our own internet services, wifi router and cell booster. We are using the campground's wifi to save some MB, if we can. For the rest we had a good stay we stayed for a week.

Average at best. Wi-fi hardly ever worked. No cable television. Had to drive out of the park in order to get a Verizon signal. Met the managers and they seemed nice but inexperienced. Were told they are new to managing. Claim to be pet friendly but won't accept certain breeds and no dogs over 40 pounds.

This park is really clean and quiet. It is about 10 to 15 minutes from nearest shopping and dining. That being said, there is no cable and only about 9 over air channels depending on your location in the park. Wifi signal is weak and we had to purchase a booster. No supplies are sold on sight. Very dark at night with only a few lights at the restroom & dumpster. Seems like $360 is steep for parking, water, & sewer. Elec is metered.
