You get what you get. The upgraded sites near the office are raised higher than street level which worked well with the recent amount of afternoon thunderstorms and showers. We had tons of problems with the internet and repeated attempts from TengoInternet to repair the disconnect issues, but this was not a problem with the resort. The pool was nice and they had a decent sized meeting room with great air conditioning! The staff was always friendly, and there's a trash pickup 3 days a week in... Read More

The pool was nice and they had a decent sized meeting room with great air conditioning! The staff was always friendly, and there's a trash pickup 3 days a week in front of your rig. The roads are a bit narrow, and like previously stated can be a little tricky getting around if you've got a big rig - but it's doable. There's not a ton around this location, but since it's near a couple friends, it didn't really matter. We'll keep this one in our saved locations for another return.

$61 per night sets a fairly high expectation, and a big let down. A very minimal part of this park is open to RVs...the rest is park model type homes. The sites are very narrow. We do not tow, but noticed others had issues with parking a towed vehicle. The space we were given had a hill in the middle...up hill going in and down hill going out. It did not appear true for all sites, but the leveling for several sites around ours was very challenging. The camping instructions given had 3 different... Read More

The camping instructions given had 3 different items that said "check with the office", including what to do with your trash, though the office was closed when we got there and when we left. We had 3 English speaking TV channels available. Called in advance and was told cable was not available and that we would get all of Tampa stations and local stations with our antenna....not so. Verizon hotspot was weak in this location.

This is one of those "community" type of parks with mostly park models including year around as well as seasonal residents mixed with RV spaces. The RV sites are dispersed throughout the park but concentrated in the southern end. The driveways and site pads are asphalt and in good condition. The site pad, which included a concrete patio and picnic table, was fairly narrow. There are good facilities: nice pool, workout room, meeting rooms, etc. The bathrooms are modern and super clean. The free WiFi worked well for us. We had a pull through with full hookups and 50 amp electric. AT&T 4G signal strength was -110 dBm which is OK. We paid $33.30 per night with a Good Sam discount.
