We had a wonderful stay at Cedar Key RV park! Very clean with cement pads for your RV. Quite a few "seasonal" campers that were there for the winter. Check in was very easy and the people very friendly. A short distance from the town of Cedar Key which we enjoyed quite a bit. Next time we stay there, we will take a boat tour of the clam and oyster beds. Plenty to do in the area! Definitely want to return to the area.
This is a very nice RV park. we stayed here two years ago and were eager to return. It is very clean, peaceful and friendly having excellent facilities. We were a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the bath & shower facilities this year. It appears they don't maintain them as well as we remember from our previous stay. I'd rate them at 8.5 this year not clean enough for 9.5. However, we would return in the future and recommend this park to any RVer.
Spent the weekend at Cedar Key RV Resort. Beautiful, well maintained, large spots, concrete parking and patio. This is one of the nicest parks we have ever stayed. Visited the museum and had great seafood in town. Will do the Island tour in the fall when it is cooler and less chance of thunderstorms.
Our very first RV stay having just started RVing. This site is very well maintained, with very clean bathrooms in the front and rear of the site. The hice sized heated pool is well maintained. The RV pads are nice, with trees around many. A store / gas location is a block away. Cedar Keys 7 miles (for those interested in a little fishing town with restaurants that meet the type of town). Nice day just walking the few streets.
This is one of the nicer campgrounds in the area. Very clean, very quiet and well laid out . The streets are in excellent condition, the sites are big, level and the pads are huge. However, the cable tv service is marginal at best and the water pressure is terrible. That is the reason for the lower overall rating. Probably will not go back.
This is a beautiful park with wonderful hosts! All sites have concrete pads with a concrete patio area, paved driveways, all roads are paved! Nice spacing between sites with full hookups, cable and wifi included. Very quiet with great visitors! One of the best parks we have ever visited! Have made reservations for next year. Well maintained with daily trash pickup. Nicely landscaped with lots of trees. Can not say enough about this park!
We were at Cedar Key for two months which included Dec. 2015 and Jan. 2016. We were scheduled to stay for Feb. also but left at the end of Jan. due to the following. The current management personnel are very rude, make rules for some that are different for others. We were on a privately owned site and while trying to take care of the site by communicating with the site owners we where visited by Mrs. Management who stood on the patio and screamed at my wife and I that if we did not comply with her... We were on a privately owned site and while trying to take care of the site by communicating with the site owners we where visited by Mrs. Management who stood on the patio and screamed at my wife and I that if we did not comply with her rules she would evict us from the park. NOT A VERY PROFESSIONAL WAY FOR A MANAGER TO ACT. I also got yelled at for driving my car on the grass to help a fellow RV're trouble shoot an electrical problem by Mr. Management who drove his utility vehicle on the grass to yell at me. The current management is leaving at the end of Feb. 2016 so things might be better after that but don't hold your breath. These resort type parks have "Clicks" of people who ban together to run the park. If you are not in the "Click" you may be shunned and rules created to make your stay very unpleasant. The park is still very well designed and maintained by the helpful maintenance staff which excludes Mr. and Mrs. Management. Good luck if you stay here.

A very clean, very neat, very quiet RV park. Really nice star although a short ride to the restaurants, requiring a car. Cedar Key was a wonderful place to visit.
I was so excited to stay here with my family, children and golden retriever over Thanksgiving and it was a huge disappointment. It was our first big trip in our new motorhome. We will never return here. Don't get me wrong, its well maintained and cared for. Its the management and full time residents . They were horribly rude. If you don't plan on living here all year round, or you have children or a dog, trust us, STAY FAR AWAY. You wont be welcomed. We were confronted by a full-time resident because... Read More

If you don't plan on living here all year round, or you have children or a dog, trust us, STAY FAR AWAY. You wont be welcomed. We were confronted by a full-time resident because he thought my older son made a "gesture" at him, which he hadn't. When I spoke to him about it, he went straight to his full-time resident neighbor to relay the whole conversation who than took it upon herself to tell us she had complained to management about my golden retriever digging a hole. It was absurd.

Loved the site, will go there again, would have liked a bit more shade. Bathroom facilities the best we have experienced. Cedar Key just down the road a piece. Great for walking the dogs. Just had a great time there.
