This place does not have good business practices. I made a reservation 2 months in advance. When I arrived I was shown a "site" that did not exist on the map. It was a grassy patch shared with a permanent resident in a dilapidated spray painted red trailer. There was no pad, no sewer hook up , no privacy . It was an on the fly made up spot. I would not have been able to park my tow vehicle in front on the trailer but on the side. No privacy whatsoever- just a dump. The whole campground looked dilapidated.... Read More

Some campers overstayed their visit and no real sites were available. They didn't bother to call me ahead of time to inform me of the situation nor find me another campground. I would have had a hard time leveling the trailer in the rain on soft wet grass. The junky trailer next to me was covered in graffiti like religious slogans. There are absolutely no HOA rules in place if residents can do whatever they like to their lots regardless how other campers may feel. I had to drive back home 250 miles in the rain since no other campgrounds were open.
