Large back-in sites. some concrete, mostly grass. many not smooth or level. The first site they assigned me had large tree roots sticking above ground and one corner extremely low. So they allowed me to choose from a couple of other sites. Several of the concrete pads have deep gouges where rigs bottom out entering or exiting because the ground is not level. Was dry when we were here, but others claim that the ground gets soft when it rains. Paved roads throughout but some tight corners for... Read More

Was dry when we were here, but others claim that the ground gets soft when it rains. Paved roads throughout but some tight corners for larger rigs. Pet friendly, breed restrictions. No dog park. Mostly seasonal/long term residents. Large, well maintained pool area. Good water pressure, and 50A power while we were here. Strong OTA TV from Tampa/Orlando. Free Wi-Fi is spotty, often slow or keeps dropping connection. Even when the Wi-Fi itself is strong there isn't always internet available. Pond behind our site was covered in thick green pond scum and breeding mosquito larvae. We did not use the restrooms or hall.

NO hot water in ladies showers, NO exhaust ventilation in restrooms & showers, lot needs to be cleared of stump grindings, exercise equipment needs fixed, poor rec facilities for a park this large, NEED facility with wired internet connections for SECURE FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS, service facility to pump up tires before exit. TOO much Road Noise, people driving around with load mufflers,

Staff is friendly and park is clean and well maintained. HOWEVER .... water is terrible. To maintain water pressure in the coach, I have to change a $40 water filter every two weeks !!! Noise from I-4 also gets old, but if the water was better, I think I could live with it.

During the week that we were there the water went out for an hour in the middle of the morning, we had issues with low voltage on the 50 amp hookup, and the WiFi advertised so prominently on all their signs was completely unusable. It would connect and drop, connect and drop, connect and drop, and from listening to complaints of other patrons there at the same time, this was an ongoing problem.

We were assigned a space and immediately got stuck in deep dark mud. The park had to pull us out with a tractor with our truck in 4 wheel drive. The next space we were assigned was manageable. We still had deep ruts in the muddy area where we parked our truck. Many ant hills with fire ants in that site. Spaces are dirt/mud, no concrete or gravel, tree roots, not level. Foliage falls on your RV. We paid for a month so we stayed but we were overjoyed to leave. The park is very gloomy from all the... Read More

Foliage falls on your RV. We paid for a month so we stayed but we were overjoyed to leave. The park is very gloomy from all the trees with moss, many old park models with moss and lots of mud! The area has a lot of strawberry fields. Okay area but did not like the park. Not sure what year that GS rating was done or how it was so high.
