Great place to stay. lovely downtown with nice restaurants. Friendly vibe and the park was nice with big sites and an amazing pool.

Pros: the resort is clean and is close to Jensen Beach. Cons: a train track is located at the edge of the park and trains come through at least 5-6 times/night with the horn blaring. There doesn't seem to be as much train traffic in the day but when it comes through, the noise is so loud you can't even have a conversation. the track is soon to be a high speed passenger lane so noise and vibration will be more frequent. Pros: the resort is clean and is close to Jensen Beach.
Cons: a train track is located at the edge of the park and trains come through at least 5-6 times/night with the horn blaring. There doesn't seem to be as much train traffic in the day but when it comes through, the noise is so loud you can't even have a conversation. the track is soon to be a high speed passenger lane so noise and vibration will be more frequent. The park is installing a sound barrier, but the train horns are above it, the wall is too low and the park is too close to a level crossing to avoid train horn noise.
What was most disturbing is that when we made our reservation, we told them that we would be coming in late but we were assured that this wouldn't be a problem. On the day of our arrival, we received a phone call around 3 pm to inform us that we could not enter the park after hours. Our only option was to stay in their parking lot. When we inquired about getting a refund for that night, we were told their policy wouldn't allow it.
This resort is undergoing a lot of construction. There is constant noise from the machinery. The pool that we were expecting does not yet exist other than on the site plan and brochure.
We checked out a day early to get away from the noise.One day it'll be a nice park, when they finish construction and if the train tracks get moved....
