Brand new still in development, which is something they should tell you when you call. Very expensive and only about 1/3 complete. There were about 50 large RVs and only one bathroom/shower available. Lots of construction work going on. No store of any kind, no ice, no way to get supplies there. The park is in the middle of nowhere, out in the country. There is one small pool open which only holds about 30 people. It filled up fast everyday, leaving nowhere to sit. Lots of rules! I ran out of trash... Read More

I ran out of trash bags (which is a rule that you do not put your trash in shopping bags... ). So, I put my last days trash out in shopping bags. The guy who picked it up appeared to be upset that I didn't have trash bags and was reluctant to take my trash. The staff was friendly, though seemingly very concerned about the rules. Overall, I thought it was not worth the money and a bit deceptive about the facilities. Th should have offered a discount for the lack of facilities and services. I don't think I'll return.

We have been retired for 15 years, wintering in several Florida RV parks and scores of resorts across America on our 4 cross country trips to date. This is by far the most luxurious resort we have ever stayed in. The amenities are numerous, with 2 large pools, 2 large hot tubs and a 2 story clubhouse like none you've seen. You could say we are "charter members" as the resort just opened and we are the first ones ever to have this particular site, and some construction is still going on. Everything... Read More

Everything they do here is top notch ... and the staff are all incredibly friendly. We also like the location with easy access to interstates, beaches, Anna Maria Island, shopping and more. I will say, this is the most expensive resort we have ever stayed in...but we are so impressed with the resort, amenities and staff that we just booked for 4 months next winter and likely will make this our home away from home.

We are so happy that you were part of our inaugural season and experienced The Tides. Our Grand Clubhouse and amenities are now completed and look beautiful. We cannot wait to welcome you back next season and for you to enjoy all of our amenities and events. Thank you!

This resort is very nice. Although not complete yet what is done is outstanding. The only problem is the amount of showers that are open at this time. Only 1 shower room is open. I hope this changes as more of the resort is opened.

We are proud to announce that we have completed our Grand Clubhouse, lakeside pool and amenities.

It will be a great place when they are finished with the nonstop construction noise and dust. They should have. At least finished the place before they allowed guests.
