Are you Ready for a Beach Vacation? Your Campsite is Waiting
No matter what time of year you visit, you’ll enjoy endless sunshine and fun. Affordable weekly rates, clean, spacious, level sites, and all the amenities and facilities you need for a great Panama City Beach family vacation.
Had to walk through water in men’s bathroom. Bathroom was dark, so you couldn’t tell if it was clean. In general no money is being put into keeping the park up to even minimum standards. Confederate flag flying in the park, wow-just-wow. Noisy, close to a bungee attraction. On the positive side, it’s close to the beach and a clean laundry. Left early, no refunds so wouldn’t book more than a day at a time.
Park is a little tight, but the store is amazing and the staff is really nice. Great location in regards to the beach. Wish we could have stayed longer.
We like it Here, Close to everything, Store is nice.
?????????Camper's Inn in Panama City Beach, Fla Let me start by saying the people in the Office/Store were very nice and helpful. We were in a pull-thru with our Fifth Wheel. The sites are so small the camper next to us couldn't put out their awning for hitting our kitchen slide. No place to park your vehicle. No place on our site to get out our grill or chairs out. Went to restroom by laundry room and roaches were on the toilet. The cable drop didn't work at all. Some of the trailors that are... Read More

This is the worst RV stop so far on this trip. the pics on line are not even close to waht this place looks like. very old and in desperate need of updating. Actually kind of scary, mostly its has permanent residences, roads are desperately in need of repairs and i barely fit thru the gate with no escort. for the price its a realy Dump!!!!!!!
We were not happy with our stay from check-in. There were three employees at the counter and we felt as if we were interrupting them. We weren't given instructions about garbage, pet walking areas, etc. The Wi-Fi instructions were illegible. We were given directions to our site but they were incorrect. It appeared that the grass had not been cut in quite a while and there were sand spurs everywhere. Sites were long enough but very close together and concrete pads were not maintained. Quiet hours... Quiet hours were not monitored nor enforced. The location was very appealing, close to beach access and many other attractions but the campground itself left a lot to be desired.

Usually I feel that GS reviews are spot on, however not in this case. Specifically, the sites are potholed, lumpy asphalt and our site had trees on both sides so close that we were unable to extend our awning. We asked to move to the site next door, with no trees, but the management said it was not available, offering a worse site instead. This could have been rectified because there were several open sites, but no accommodation was provided. The pull through sites are in between tent campers... Read More

This could have been rectified because there were several open sites, but no accommodation was provided. The pull through sites are in between tent campers and permanent residents. Pets can be walked anywhere and that includes the pit bull mix that lives a couple sites down. The sites do have individual large trash cans and WiFi is good. You have to pay extra if you want cable. "Across the street from the beach" means that you can walk and carry your beach chairs and ice chest about the length of 3 football fields. No parking there. There is an amusement park next door too. I am disappointed in this park, and see signs of deferred maintenance everywhere. Suggest Good Sam revisit and review the rating

Just walk across the street to enjoy the Gulf of Mexico... We were there off season so the pool was cold so we don't really know how that part of the facility works.. We did not use the restrooms, the Laundry area was very nice but people tend to leave their wash unattended, and I waited 30 mins one day. close to shopping and lots to do even though a lot of the businesses were not open because it was off season for them.. But the ones that were open were nice and had LOTS of sales... What would... Read More

What would have made me give them a 5th star would be if they had a fenced area for our dog to run, as that is all that was missing here.. Had a great time and look forward to visiting there again next time we come down..
