A little pricey for what you get. Tight campsites. Fine for a convenient over night stay off I10. Staff were great! The only really good thing is that you have access to their sister park, Pensacola Beach RV park near the beach area, but not on the gulf side.
We were very disappointed in this facility, very tight no room between campers. Plus nothing to do, the pool was not heated so could not even go swimming. Staff was friendly but that was the extent of it. Would not go back.
Good . . .and other. Good - staff was phenomenal and camp was clean, well-maintained and well lit. All concrete pads and mostly level. Other . . .camp is 38 sites and it needs to be no more than 20. The engineer that designed the parking spots did not account for personal space or tow vehicle parking. No awning use really feasible. I could stand between my neighbor's and my trailer and touch both. Parked my truck perpendicular to trailer on site - no other choice. No parking area available.... Read More

Had to move every time neighbor had to pull trailer in or out. Again, staff was exceptional and camp is clean - but will not be visiting here again. Simply too tight and no room to maneuver my rig. I would also say "resort" is an exaggeration. Website pictures are deceiving!

Campsites are too close! Camping area glorified parking lot!! No room for children or pets packed in like sardines all for their love of money. No where to turn rig around. Small parking overflow about 5 cars. People have to park next to lot blocking RV through fair, minimal lot. If people park out side of rv you can not get in or out of your site. Worst place in usa to camp better off to camp in a grocery store lot. Workers are nice bathroom clean. None heated pool the size of a bathtub. Not... Read More

I have camped cheaper and had better room and accommodation a dog has no place to run or potty except in a postage stamp grass area smaller than an RV bathroom. The web images were made so it looks bigger not true and false advertising. My yard at home is larger than the entire camp. Too much money greed, at least remove two RV sites for every one there is now. This would at least make it a RV camp not a migrant RV parking lot.
Don't waste your money and family time here. This is a high priced worker rv camp. Most people I met said they will never return. This should not be a good Sam RV campground it ruins the Good Sam name. Plus if a disaster happens they do not have the accommodation for the 100 or so people and animals to hide in the bathrooms and laundry house. How is that legal and up to code?

OK, lets be clear.. The staff was great, the place is super clean and well maintained. Unfortunately it is a parking lot with a pool. The spots are VERY small width and there is barely room for the picnic table between your spot and the side of the next camper. Forget sitting outside or campfires. The only way to use a grill is to place it on the provided picnic table. Google the aerial photo and make sure you are ok with this. This is a GREAT stopover for a night but not any sort of vacation destination. Read More

The campground was clean and friendly. The sites were super close together and also very close to the road, which made it more noisy than we would like. Some guests did not have their dogs on a leash (ran wild). The bathrooms were clean and modern. The place was very well lit and so bright, it was hard to sleep, unless you had room darkening shades, which we did not. The pool looked fun but we didn't have time to use it. It was a bit overpriced for the family ($69/night)
