If you like sitting beneath outspread spanish moss covered branches of a Live Oak that are fifteen feet above your rig, then you will like this place. The owners have a pride of place that is obvious in how the campground is maintained. They are affable and hospitable in their interaction with their guests, which is contagious and shared amongst the campers. Yup, we'll be back.
Lots of investment from new owners. They are clearly reinvesting in the property. New pavement throughout, new super sites with pads, tables and chairs and fire rings, multiple dog parks, pool and hot tub in great shape. Owners and staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed 1 month in Feb of 2021 and again in 2022. Looking forward to longer winter stay next year. The huge trees are beautiful. Recommend you get a pull through or a super sight. The back-ins don't provide much space or privacy from... Read More

Recommend you get a pull through or a super sight. The back-ins don't provide much space or privacy from neighboring unit.
Can't give 5 stars on the bathroom just yet since under construction, but the temporary unit is top notch.

The Takeaway: Perry KOA's new owners are making improvements and the pool and hot tub including the pool bath house are inviting having enjoyed restoration. Other improvements are a new dog park, one new premium site and improved WiFi. This is a good stop over coming from southern FL on the way to the FL Panhandle and points West. As the new owner continues with improvements and rehab it has the potential to become a destination park. Visited May 2020. Go to www.rickpicks.com for other reviews,... Read More

The Takeaway: benign neglect aptly describes this KOA park, however at this price point it may be attractive to those travelers like us that needed a layover stop on our way to the FL Panhandle. The pictures on the web, Facebook, Google Maps are disingenuous. At least KOA does not call this a resort WiFi is disappointing and does not support streaming. Pictures on web site, rvparky, and Google Maps are not representative of the actual condition of this Perry KOA. How Good Sam rates the facilities... Read More

Terrible campground. When checking in owner was at desk, had to ask her name, never welcomed us to campground or said to have and enjoyable stay. Everything in campground was in state of disrepair, pool was dirty, hot tub not working, mini golf all overgrown down fence falling down( owner said they had a storm, but that would not account of all the rotten fence posts and broken stuff. Roads terrible, roaches in bathrooms, all old stuff and in need of much repair, rv sites messy and fire pits full... Read More

Owner did let us use the clubhouse to cook breakfast and watch tv which was nice of him. When we checked out the girl at the desk never even said hope you had a good stay or please come back or anything. Very poor!! Never go back.

Right off the main hiway 441, traffic noise. Yes, it does have a pool but the only people I saw there were not camping there. Electricity and water pressure were good. One night stay only, wouldn't have stayed more!
