We stayed here Jan- Feb 2017 in a 5th wheel. THE GOOD. The pull through site was fine with ease of access and exit. Camping staff and campers were very friendly. Lots of great and very organized activities. Rates were very reasonable. Pet friendly and most pet owners obeyed the rules. The Campground has a bump policy so make sure you understand the terms. THE BAD. The park has an on-site sewage treatment plant and very frequently the smell was almost intolerable depending on the wind direction.... Read More

THE BAD. The park has an on-site sewage treatment plant and very frequently the smell was almost intolerable depending on the wind direction. Site was not well maintained. Too many fire ants that were not treated or sprayed for, too many leaves and falling nuts. The "noseeums" and mosquitoes were horrible all hours of the day. The main access road traffic noise was horrendous and no one enforced the 10 mph speed limit. The train noise with super loud horn at 3am daily was a nuisance also. So if you can tolerate the bad news it is otherwise a fairly average campground.
