I paid for a full month rent for October, which would mean a stay until 10/31. I evacuated Irma & then I evacuated Hurricane Nate, as did many RVs. When I returned on October 25th, I was told that there were no spots available to me & was offered a refund of my Electric deposit & to pay $10 to use the dump station. Reading your rules, it states no refund, but it does not state on there that I have to tell you where I am at every moment in order to assure that you do not rent my spot to someone... Read More

I find this to be unacceptable, to pay for a month rent & then be told you can not stay there or get another accommodation, after seeing that you are a corporate enterprise, I would think that I could have been offered to stay in another park for the remainder of my rent money. I found the girls at the front desk 'manager' to be rude & uncaring of it's paying guests. I needed a taxi and was told to use their computer to google my own taxi! If this were a Hotel , you would be out of business very fast to treat your paying guests in such fashion. I am not a complainer but the way I was treated by your staff was appalling. The only good thing to say about the campground, was it's nice to see that people who are fixing the place after the Hurricanes get spots, and last but not least, I was told that they had Wifi & after I paid my $450 for a months rent, I was told that the routers had all blown out of the trees.
In 30 years of vacationing around the World, to exotic places & 5* hotels ,as well as the family campgrounds, I have never been treated with such uncaring, rude staff as at this RV park. I am a Good Sam's member & can not believe that this park fits their description of customer service that I would have expected.

This RV park is extremely overrated. Very old park, old rundown trailers and RVs, junk and trash everywhere. Is extremely difficult to drive in and park your RV with numerous overgrown trees that hang over the narrow road through the park and the junk that is piled up and blocks areas of the road. Never saw office staff until the day we left, only there 3 nights, as they were out of the office every time we stopped to check. Our info was stuck on a bulletin when we arrived early afternoon.,... Felt Good Sam Ratings could be counted on but after this stop on our trip will discontinue using this site and not renew membership. This is a very rundown park, only thing going for it is the location. Wondering how this park was given the Good Sam rating it was???
