Stayed here in July. It was hot and the restrooms are not air conditioned. Some trash here and there left by visitors and campers, but otherwise a nice park. Most of the sites are shaded. Some of the sites near the margins are sloped. It is right on the Indian River Lagoon with a fishing pier and launch area. Great for watching launches from Cape Canaveral Air Station.

This was our first trip to Manatee Hammock park and we loved it. We stayed in site #11 and it was nice but a little tight for our 30 foot trailer. The park is well run very clean and trash is picked up from cans through out the park several times a day which makes it nice. The pool, rec area, and laundry room are all very new and super clean. The rates are very reasonable which adds considerable value the the park.

Brevard County Park with water, electric and sewage hook ups. When reading review please take into consideration we are the sort of people who prefer being away from everything. Great location for the Kennedy Space Centre. Sites have fire pits and picnic tables. Nearest sites to the water are for tent camping. Their web site has a good map of site locations. Sites are well shaded. A bit crowded for us ! Kids would enjoy the site with others around. Pet friendly with many well behaved dogs around. Read More
