I would give it all zeros. Shame on you Good Sam's . This the second worse campground we've stayed at. My husband is a member. Please consider taking this off your list. You have pay first upfront that should be a big clue. The owner doesn't refund. Right behind businesses coffee shops, bars , and a rafting tour company . You have pay first upfront that should be a big clue. The owner doesn't refund. Right behind businesses coffee shops, bars , and a rafting tour company . Noise from vendor semis all day long, garbage from shops grease, food, boxes. Employees are nice but can't do anything to help. The owner could make it better by getting rid of at least 10 sites and make an alley way for the vendors and a large fence. If we had known beforehand we would have gone down the road to Healy. Quiet nice quiet sites.

This is a very clean, quiet, 55+ park with mostly seasonal and fulltime residents who have established roots. Short term RV sites are scattered among the Modular homes, a little tight but I had no problem with a 26 ft trailer. Residents and staff VERY friendly. For cable you have to deal with the local provider so not an option for me (1 week stay) but got over 40 broadcast channels with my antenna. Had to pay for wifi at the site but they have good hotspots at the community center along with about... Read More

For cable you have to deal with the local provider so not an option for me (1 week stay) but got over 40 broadcast channels with my antenna. Had to pay for wifi at the site but they have good hotspots at the community center along with about 800 dvds available for checkout! Restrooms were ok except the floors really needed attention, especially in the shower itself. I have no problem returning if I need a quick place to stay near Tampa again.

Super tight sights, hard to manover, it appears some improvements are being made but even if that happens motor homes over 40 ft will be tight and no room for the vehicle we towed. Just not a comfortable relaxing atmosphere, the facility could have been more presentable, it clearly showed its age.

This is an older park with about 75% permanent units or Park Models. Being an older park it has small sites, but this turns out to be a plus. In good weather, it is unusual to go out and about and not have someone say hello. There is a strong tenant association that is responsible for the organization of MANY activities. There are 2 activity centers, the older "Mini Hall" and the main hall. There is also A COVERED HEATED SWIMMING POOL! A real plus. This is not our first stay, but each year we come... Read More
