This is an old, run-down campground. It very much needs to be improved. Most users are full-timers. Glad we were only there one night.

Stayed 1 night. Park is mostly full-timers. Old and run down. Wouldn't recommend for anything more than a quick stop over and then only if you can't find anywhere else.

The pictures do not portray the true park. The pool is in disrepair and empty. The RV pads have potholes, patches and are extremely uneven. The fresh water hookups are right next to the sewer hookups. Internet service did not work and it was hard to explain to the front desk person. Very disappointed In this park. Would not stay again.

Told them we had a 45' they said no problem...sure,if we drop the rear axels 8" off the rear of the pad. Sign at the desk...we're having electrical issues, please run only 2 AC units. Excuse was "well were a 60 year old park. Not a place to stop. Although the office guy was understanding and polite.

Firstly, the campground is not just off 75. Its at least 2 1/2 miles off the highway on a very narrow road. The site is not conducive for large RVs or Fifth Wheels. The after hours personnel was not very friendly and acted like they were doing us a favor in allowing us to stay. They refused to give us the WIFI password since we arrived after hours. But I am sure I will pay for full services including the WIFI we were not able to use when we check out in the morning. The owner stated "I will give... Read More

Are you kidding me! My tires were barely on the blacktop on both sides, because the sites are so small there are lots of vehicles half in the road, which are narrow to start with. It was a real challenge to get the 5th wheel in. I wish I could include photos with this review, I couldn't go back any further without my kitchen slide hitting the trailer behind me! Blacktop is lumpy, my back jacks were not on blacktop and had to be extended way out to reach the ground. The park is 2 miles off I75, most... Read More

It was a real challenge to get the 5th wheel in. I wish I could include photos with this review, I couldn't go back any further without my kitchen slide hitting the trailer behind me! Blacktop is lumpy, my back jacks were not on blacktop and had to be extended way out to reach the ground. The park is 2 miles off I75, most of it down narrow winding residential area and the park itself twist and winds down a very steep hillside, with very lumpy blacktop for the roads and the sites. All sites are back-in, and will be a challenge with anything longer than 25 feet. There were lots of obvious long-term residents with full size grills and 100# propane tanks, but it was "trashy" just a general feeling of rundown. It is a fairly wooded area, which may be good or bad depending if you are using satellite. The owner seemed nice enough, I only spoke to him at checkin, no escort to site. He warned me the WIFI signal wasn't good as like a lot of park owners they don't really understand WIFI, signal was great, but speed horrible (.7 down/.5 up YES there is a decimal point in front of that!) you might be able to check emails if you don't have many! My TMobile Router had an excellent signal without hooking up the external antenna (52 down / 28 up). ATT was good but upload really slow (25 down/1up). Price: Again are you kidding me, I had to pay $45 to stay here with Good Sam Discount, if it hadn't been rush hour in Atlanta, we would have pulled out and continued on!!!

We did an overnight stay and it was great. Easy in and out. Site we had was concrete slab and level. Good water pressure. The only thing we had a problem with was the internet. Since we arrived after hours we couldn't let them know then, but we informed the next morning and they said they would check into it. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. We even tried to book again for the following Saturday, but they were full. We would stay here again at anytime.

This isn't a resort by any stretch. Biggest issue was with the manager on duty when we checked in. According to our EMS there was a problem with the 50 amp power on our site. When I contacted them it made him mad because he had to come out, then wanted me to bypass the EMS and plug my RV in direct. Finally put us in another site, that was way to small for the rig, despite other sites empty. Said take it or leave it. We had no choice because of medical appointments the next morning. Guy was a real... Read More

Guy was a real jerk. Our neighbors came up after and expressed their astonishment over how terrible the guy was.

We stayed while visiting CNN & Georgia Aquarium. Campground was good for this. Pool was closed. We were there in March. Price of propane was competitive. Some units were there long term, very large propane tanks next to those RVs. Campground had a fair number of trees, is likely shady in the summer. This is a campground where you stay when you need to be near something in the Atlanta area It is not a campground I would choose for a summer vacation to experience the wilderness, although their... Somewhat rundown. Sites very close. Wifi weak. Inadequate parking. Personnel rude and inappropriate. Dumpster smells like cat urine. Pool not very clean. However, bathroom and laundry facilities were well kept although there are only two.

This was our second stay here, and it is very convenient for us since it is near family. To call it an RV resort is a bit of an exaggeration. It is a perfectly adequate RV park, but nothing special. The sites are very small, and you are set up very close to your neighbor with no separation. It is a pretty wooded park, and there is a pool, but its not open in the winter when we are there. I was able to log onto the wi-fi, but could not get a strong enough signal to even check my email, and we... Read More

I was able to log onto the wi-fi, but could not get a strong enough signal to even check my email, and we were located about 50 feet from the main office. We were also located right under a large street lamp, which created the atmosphere of Walmart parking. I really could not tell day from night without a clock. We got what we needed, which was a clean, quiet place to camp for a couple nights with full hook-ups. The price was reasonable. But it wasn't a resort.
