CF is a large property (200 sites) easily located off of I-95, approx. 20 minutes from Savannah Historic District. It's clean, with a nice pool and has some "Lake View" sites in the back. There's a restaurant back by the lake sites and the menu is very basic. The Dog Park areas are small. The sites are open with no shade, so that's good for satellite reception. Cable hook-up is provided but the reception is zero. WiFi is basic. The sites are long, cement and easy to level. The 2 less than positive... Read More

The 2 less than positive points I'd like to make is (1) daily rates are pricey and (2) when you call the main number seldom do you get an immediate response, it always goes to VM.

Overall this is a great new campground with plenty of family fun games. Two kid pools, full pool and hot tub, tennis and pickle ball courts, pool tables and table tennis, darts. Sites are a little tight and the foliage is young so there's no shade or separation between sites. There is a restaurant on site. The food is ok, but nothing to write home about, but it's reasonably priced. The sites are fine concrete slabs with easy hookup. We were there in April and the bugs were difficult, noseeums and... My husband and I stayed 2 nights at CreekFire. We enjoyed our stay -- it wasn't very crowded since it was January. It's a large, lovely, safe and well-maintained park. We did not have a car so had to Uber/Lyft into Savannah which was pricey (something to keep in mind if you don't have a truck or toad) but Savannah is amazing so it was worth it.
One of the best RV Parks we have visited. Lots of amenities, great pools and lazy river, large grounds for taking a walk, a small lake with a few alligators hanging out, and a restaurant/bar so you don't have to cook every night if you don't want to. Also, they have a shuttle into Savannah, as well as a pick up on certain days for taking the Savannah tour, which we did and it was perfect for seeing the city and learning about the history. I would highly recommend it and would certainly stay there... Read More

Unethical management. I made a reservation using PA discount. 2 days after checking in, they said they had changed the rules and would not honor the discount. Without my authorization my credit card was charged the full amount. I went into the office and the agent called the manager. She said since it was their mistake, they would refund the charge. It has been 30+ days and no refund.

Nice pool and kids pool, hot tub, covered pavilion with tables, TV, pool, darts, foose-ball and corn hole. There is also Boncee ball, tennis court and basketball hoop. They rent golf carts and kayaks. Showers are individual bathrooms which were nice, but not too plentiful and a walk away from the 2 Tent sites at the edge of the lake. Laundry room has 6 sets of machines in a small room and some of the front-loading washers smelled bad and had stuff on/under the seal. I was in there alone, but more than 2 people and it would have been very crowded. Hopefully as they expand they will plan more showers and another laundry. We were in the very back of the park (105) and WiFi was VERY MARGINAL, even with repeater 1 site away. I heard it was good enough for streaming closer to office, but I didn't try it anywhere but our site. There is a restaurant onsite, and friends who stayed here before us said it was really good, but the night we went it was HORRIBLE!! My Cuban sandwich had no mustard or pickle, pulled pork nachos were cold in the middle, chicken Caesar salad had no anchovies, no croutons, and they asked what kind of dressing she wanted. Blue cheese burger was so salty it was inedible. AND it took 1.5 hours to get this awful food! We complained, but we're not offered any discount or incentive to try it again - just excuses. Historic Savannah is an easy drive away, and if we come back to the area, we would stay here again.

We stopped at CreekFire RV ranch for an overnight while heading north. Reservations and check-in were painless staff very friendly. The facilities were beautiful. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. The on-site restaurant had great ambiance and the burgers were delicious. Our only criticism (and this is only because we weren't expecting it) was the amount of construction going on at the property. That said, I'm sure the property will be beautiful once complete. As a resort, I found this campground worth its price for the quiet, serene environment it presented throughout the facility. The Olympic size pool was warm and invigorating for my 9 a.m. swim. Then off to the shower, which was a roomy one person toilet/shower combo------ allowing for easy access for a handicapped person or a mother with preschoolers to deal with. The interior was modern gray barn-siding and very clean. We stayed by the lake and enjoyed walks with our dog and appreciated the friendly... Read More

We stayed by the lake and enjoyed walks with our dog and appreciated the friendly use of the doggie bags available, around the sites. Also the closeness of the bathhouse near the campers, was a nice addition to our stay.
As for our site, we had no problems setting up, leaving for a bite to eat, and hooking back up to leave for home. I would've liked to stayed longer, but the hurricane reports made our decision, to move on towards home.

First the good: beautiful campground, choice of sites gravel or concrete, back in or pull through, near the lake, near the large pool and pavilion. Lots of room to walk the dogs, ride bikes, table games and basketball courts. Fairly new campground so not many big trees, but nicely landscaped. Easy check in with escort to site. Gated campground using a pass card to enter. Now the bad: The check in area can be a challenge. You have to drive straight at the office then turn right and park parallel... Read More

Gated campground using a pass card to enter.
Now the bad: The check in area can be a challenge. You have to drive straight at the office then turn right and park parallel to the building in one of five spaces. When we arrived the three closest to the building, that is, with the greatest turning radius were occupied with 3 small rigs (c class with no toad, b class and a pick up) so I took the next one with my 36' 5th wheel. When I came out the 42' 5th wheel was waiting because there was no way he could make the turn into the last space. This may or may not be a problem, but you should know about it before you arrive. The park does not offer cable just a list of 30 air channel you may be able to get.
I did not use the restrooms or the wifi.
I would stay again.

The place was vary nice and check-in was easy, but, I was traveling with two other RVs and one of the reservations was messed up but quickly fixed. We were escorted to the our pull-thru sites and the site was so big I didn't have to unhook my towed car, my RV is a 35 foot Super C, towing a Ford Escape so I'm at about 55 feet long and we had more room then I needed. Now the bad, and the reason I gave the place only 3 stars. After setting up our sites, I took note that there was dog crap between... Read More

Now the bad, and the reason I gave the place only 3 stars. After setting up our sites, I took note that there was dog crap between my site and my buddies site, near the picnic table. The office staff was told about the dog crap and was asked to clean it up, the answer from the lady working the front desk was, "it's the resonsiblity of the pet owner to clean up", we told her, that we didn't have any pets and the dog crap was there prior to us pulling in to the site, then she said "I'll try and get someone to clean it up", so we returned to our site. We waited about 3hrs and no clean up, so we went back to the office to remind them of the clean up, and the answer we got was "Yea we know". We stayed two nights and they never cleaned up the site, we WILL NOT stay there again. I hate to see what this place will look like after a few years of pet owners not cleaning up after there own pets and the facility owners sticking to "It's the pet owner's responsiblity to clean up, not ours".

This site is off a main road and a short distance from the highway. They are still in the process of landscaping the area but nothing that would affect anyone day to day activities. I would rate this establishment and their staff at 10 which means I will definitely return.
