Stayed in September in 35' class A with toad. Pull through site was long enough to not unhook. Stayed at KOA because the Inn right next door has amazing hot springs you can pay to use. Hook-ups were OK - septic was a little weird and sideways. Lots of trees. Really kind of a nice park with a river. Some of the people were a little loud. Right in the middle of town so everything is walking distance.
Great location, great staff, beautiful river, easy walk to the hot springs . . . trains are loud at night, but this would be so anywhere in town. If you stay in town and want an open window, you WILL hear train whistles all through the night!
KOA's online registration system is always easy, and I love that you get a second reminder confirmation a couple of days before your reservation. There was a little road noise in the park, but not bad. We had 50 amp service, water, and sewer at the site, all worked fine. Not sure if they had cable, as we were only there for 2 nights so didn't even ask about it. Restrooms were good, very clean. I didn't see any permanent residents in the park. One of my favorite things about the park, is that it is within walking distance to some of the hot spring pools. We camped there in a 38' fifth wheel. We will definitely come back.
