A Quiet Restful RV Park on River... The Canyon Pines RV Resort was the perfect overnight stop for us as we headed south for winter. This RV park is nicely situated on Hwy 95, just south of Pollock ID, next to the Little Salmon River. We arrived after hours and met by a friendly manager who welcomed us and suggested a good campsite next to the river. This RV park was in pristine shape grass cut, nice shrubs, trees, good roads, clean restrooms and showers, and that river. I slept like a baby listening... Read More

The managers were very friendly and welcoming.

This is a very clean, well managed, friendly RV Park. Spots are large, hook-up utilities always work, and grounds are well maintained. WIFI has been upgraded and works very well. The Little Salmon River is behind the park. Hosts are friendly and accommodating. Good for people and pets, long stays or short.

Beautiful park with nice pull-thru spaces and cute building facades on their storage buildings around their drive through around office . Smoke in area because of area fires and another couple that was tent camping, upset because of air quality. Owner offered them use of rec room but they declined and then were upset when they left next morning with complaints of not wanting to be charged. (Owner told us she did not charge them)! Very friendly and helpful with info regarding area and current... Read More

Very friendly and helpful with info regarding area and current fire info. Putting in lots of effort and work on their fairly new investment. Very nice little store and loved the fact that she carried local wines for purchase. Excited to try the Huckleberry wine I bought. Did not use or even look at the restrooms, but fellow travelers did and said very nice. Comfy down-home feeling and beautiful with river running at back of property. Loved it and if ever in that area again would definitely try to stay there again.

Stayed one night enroute on an extensive trip. Arrived at 7:45 PM and was greeted by a friendly host that was diligent and got us signed in quickly. Nice camping along river, some shaded spots, clean, well kept facility. Nice shower. We'd like to stay again and take advantage of some of the sites in the area.

Very nice park. WIFI is okay, the Kindle stayed connected much better than the iPad. Restrooms are very nice indeed. Nicely decorated and very clean. I didn't use the shower, but they are some of the nicest I've seen. The grounds are very well kept. The proprietors are very friendly and attentive. On the Little Salmon River, but the ground is about 12 feet above the river. Absolutely recommend this park. If you're in a long rig, the entrance on the north is the best, as the south entrance has a... Read More

The staff was most helpful in helping with things to do and see in the area - making several very good suggestions. And having the river right behind our trailer made the stay quite enjoyable. I would definitely stay there again.
