We stayed for a month at this RV park. Park is pretty crammed together. Our site had no grass, just dirt and dried up low spots that are mud puddles every time it rains. Quiet hours were not enforced. Our neighbor across the road was the party site for the park it seems. Loud get togethers every weekend night as late as 2:30-3:00 a.m. Park wasn't too bad for quiet most week day nights. Facilities are rundown and not well maintained. Was not a very friendly crowd. Loud get togethers every weekend night as late as 2:30-3:00 a.m. Park wasn't too bad for quiet most week day nights. Facilities are rundown and not well maintained. Was not a very friendly crowd. We would come back to our site and have neighbors visitors parked in our "yard" and couldn't park ourselves until we tracked them down to move. Had a yard of golf carts packed in our site who were playing corn hole in an empty site next to ours. The main customers here are seasonal and we were mostly treated as unwelcome outsiders. When we checked out, they didn't ask how our stay was or thank us, all she said was come back again... Uhhhh no way. Cost was affordable, only $495 a month plus electric. Our electric for the month, mainly running a/c's was $130 for the month, more that I paid in my home. Visitors have to pay $3 per person for a day or $6 for an overnight. When my family would come over to visit and not use any of the parks rundown "amenities" same price. Water is rusty and hard as a rock, bring a filter system and softener. I will not visit again.

Of all the place I have stayed this one should be closed. Beach is unkempt, dumper so small that by end of weekend filled and a garbage packed as high as the dumpster itseld. Had to keep our air conditioning on because of odor. Was visited by first rat last night. So if you're looking for someplace where you can't swim ,grounds are next best thing to waste site. And getting drunk with locals as only intertanment then this is your place. Me ..out of here
