Staff seemed really friendly but wasn't able to direct me to a level site or one with a clear view of the sky. Wifi is terrible here, it goes in and out constantly.

Stayed over Memorial Day weekend. Cons: Campground was completely full, bathroom had a lot of traffic, no hot water and WIFI did not work. Some of the sites sit low and were full of mud and water. Fortunately we had relatives that have stayed there before and knew which sites to avoid. None of the dryers in laundry facility worked. Pros: There's lots to do here. We never left the park the entire 3 days we stayed. Campsites are big with lots of shade and plenty of space in between you and... Read More

The campground itself was very nice and relaxing. If your looking for a place to just pull in and enjoy nature, this is the place for you. We have a pre-teen and thought the additional amenities that the place offered (pool, golfing, archery range) was a deciding factor in picking this location. Unfortunately, each activity cost extra. $12 dollars per day per person was outrageous. I don't mind paying extra fees, but as a camper at this location, I would have thought it would have been included... Read More

We stayed at this campground for 9 days, Overall its a great place. However the first 3 days it rained and our troubles began. By that we mean MUD. We were at the lower end of our "Row" the bottom 3 sites were mud when it rained, They did supply us with straw at least 3 bales which helped a little (Then they ran out of that too) We asked pif we could move up 2 spaces, to a drier spot and were told " We would have to check with management". We then informed them if we were not moved we would be... Read More

We then informed them if we were not moved we would be pulling out and cancelling the rest of the trip. (this was our second day) Low and behold the site we asked to be moved to became available 5 min. later !! The "Front" office was / is being run by teenagers who really have no real knowledge of the need of campers. Every thing had to be approved by a supervisor of some sort. Overall the grounds were really nice, and well kept, the rest of the staff that we delt with other than the kids at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. They could however make the signage for registration a bit easier to see. Overall its a great place and we will return next year.
