Bright lights in the city. This setting isn't camping, it's a parking lot with a strip of grass and hook-ups. So, why then did we stay five nights? We live in our rig full-time and wanted to visit a city. We've now had our city fix and it should suffice for the next nine months. Indianapolis has much to offer. We enjoyed the Art Museum. There is an easily acessible greenway to walk or bike. It's well-used and enjoyable. In talking with someone a few sites down from us, they stay here for three nights every year during their annual trip from Maryland to Arizona, especially for the bike trail and the easy four mile ride to locally patronized restraurants and bars. I gave a two star overall rating. This setting isn't good or bad, it's just a little more bad than good, but we knew it would be before we made our reservations.

The facility was a parking lot and the sites were extremely small. However, we felt safe and do to the time we visited there weren't many campers so we had plenty of room. It was very close to the city without being in the city. Would come back.
Was passing thru town and decided to stay overnight and spend a day at the Children's Museum. Very easy stop. Arrived after dark. Pulled onto the grounds and the Security patrol just followed us back to the RV parking. We picked the spot we wanted. Guard asked for $20 and gave a receipt and a page to display in the window then went away. Felt very safe, even with things going on on the grounds. Very clean and even decent bathrooms.
