Big nice pull through spaces, easy access to I-70 but no road noise at all, nice little restaurant/bar within walking distance. The owner is a very nice lady and very friendly, she stayed open well past dark to make sure we found our site. Would definitely stay here again.
Nice Park, Nice host, very quite, very nice hook ups, I was only there 1 night, but I would stay here again PROS: nice wide camp spot, close the several restaurants within walking distance, great host, great price, very clean. con: I wasn't there long enough to find any I would stay here again
Great overnight stop. Big level pull through site (didn't have to unhook). The park was clean and the host was super nice and helpful. We will stop there again.
Owner drove us to 3 different sites on her golf cart after arrival. We ended up selecting site #1 due to the quality tree cover and it was quite comfortable. Very good private bathrooms. The main ones have extra large shower heads. Extra fee to wash RVs and/or tow cars. Large laundry room but we did not use it. Winds in the area are insanely strong. Keep that awning closed! Wifi signal was weak but the cable channels were nice. Don't stay here more than a few nights as the town of Russell... Read More

Avoid Meridy's restaurant unless you enjoy listening to the uneducated opinions of Covid-denying local farmers.

welcomed us without a reservation and was happy to give us a nice, shady pull-through! Restrooms, Showers, and Laundry Facilities were spotless! Close to I-70 for easy on/off access. So glad we found this little gem of a Campground!
Stopped there first noticed office looked like a hoarder worked there. No good Sam identification. 5 min later a employee finally showed. She took us to a site that we had to pull in behind another rv with no way to get unhitched. The campground looked like a mess. If this was a good Sam campground it went downhill very quickly. I requested our money back and we went on our way. Loose dog was also noted. Good Sam needs to respect this one.
Had tire Issues and owner took me and my blown tire in her truck to get repaired. Very friendly and would stay there again.
Road Trip 2018 (1 night): The owner is very friendly. A neat little campground, very clean & very peaceful. Spacious level sites with green grass, antiques & flowers. The most beautiful sunset I have ever seen.
4 individual showers with toilets for the entire park. Clean when we arrived, but due to there not being enough they got filthy quick. Nice laundry room. Could not access the WIFI. People were friendly. Nice quick access to highway.
We were to stay 2 nights but due to issues with RV, had to cut stay home. The owner was very friendly and offered credit for another stay or apply it to a cabin upgrade. The large cabin was very nice and cozy. But we decided due to other circumstances to use the credit next time and head home. Bathroom and shower one per sex but nice. Large laundry room. Small dog park area. We would stay here again.
Easy access to the RV park and very friendly staff/owner. The site is right off the I-70. Gravel pads are fairly level and well maintained. When you see the Cenex gas station it is just west of it about 1-2 blocks. Goodsam and other discounts are available.
Driving cross country and even though it was hot which has nothing to do with this place. It's the first place that had their sites facing north and south that we've stayed at since Florida. Enjoyed sitting outside and not having the sun in my face. Staff was wonderful and yes I'd stay again if we travel this route again.
Stayed here overnight on a trip from Florida to Idaho. It was the off season, so we had to pay in cash since the owner does not connect her credit card machine until April. Spaces long enough to stay hooked up for an early get away. The wind was 30 to 60mpn during our stay, so we didn't hear any other noise. Nice place for an overnight stop. We did not use the restrooms or laundry, so I can't comment on those. The owner was very nice.
Very pretty park with blooming trees overlooking wheat fields. Interstate noise but not a big deal. Walking distance to a nice restaurant with very good food and reasonable prices.
My husband and I were taking a sightseeing trip across Kansas, and picked this park because of its location. Access from the interstate is easy. We were greeted by a camp employee who was more than helpful and friendly. Our lot was clean and had a picnic table on a cement pad. Although we were not traveling with pets, our neighbors were, and had plenty of space to walk their dogs. We would definitely stay here again.
There are only two bathrooms per gender. They're small and a bit musty.
Park was clean and quiet. Bathrooms were updated and very clean. Like a home bath, it is designed for one person use but a second set of restrooms has been added. Laundry was clean and spacious and the dryers actually got loads dry in 30 minutes. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Reindeer is gone --replaced by cute mini horses. Yes, there were a few cats but the friendliest feral kitties I've ever met. Good restaurants nearby and easy freeway access. We would come back again.
This place was the worst campground we've ever stayed at. It was over 100 degrees outside and the bathrooms (only one per sex) were unairconditioned and hot. The children's playground had a playhouse with jagged broken glass hanging in the window. There were sick ,ferral cats and kittens runnjng around and the "real live reindeer" were painful to look at. Their enclosure is an old putt putt golf course with very little grass for them to graze on and there was a box of rotting vegetables outside... Read More

Their enclosure is an old putt putt golf course with very little grass for them to graze on and there was a box of rotting vegetables outside their enclosure which was drawing flies. They had a fan but it obviously blew hot air on them. And finally, the place looked like more like a mobile home park than a campground. There were campers that had been parked there so long that their tires were flat and weeds were growing around them. We were scheduled to stay there on our way back from Colorado but I canceled our reservation and we stayed elsewhere. I think Good Sams should reconsider their affiliation with this "campground ".
