We had a very nice time but had to cut our stay short by one day due to the freezing weather approaching. The staff was very nice and helpful. The kept us informed of events that would be taking place during our stay. The grounds are very well kept. Stayed one night primarily because of the "10" rating. It is not a "10" more like a 7 or 8. Even though this park has concrete pads, many are broken. We only saw two (2) pull-thru sites, one for a large rig and one for a smaller rig. Didn't use the restrooms because they were at the far end of the park. It was okay for an overnight stay, but needs to be re-evaluated by GS. On the bright side, this could be a nice park for a week-end get away, backing in and fishing on the lake would be relaxing.... Great campground overall! We camp a good bit with our kids and they love coming here bc of game room and pool. Very nice facility and the staff in the office are very nice with the exception of a guy we have dubbed "tattoo", he's very rude and unfriendly. I believe he's the help that lives on sight and never smiles and says hello, just stares at you.

We highly recommend this campground. Friendly staff, well manicured grass lots. The showers could use a little maintenance but overall this park was very nice and they strive to be family friendly.

This is one of our favorite campgrounds!!! There is a little for everyone to do. Our kids enjoy the lake, pool and game room. We enjoy the activities that are offered. Very clean park!!! The sites are cemented and lots of room to hang out. The owners are wonderful! The staff is very friendly and helpful. We like the fact that we feel safe letting our kids ride bikes alone.

Easy access from the interstate to the campground. It was pretty quiet when we stayed. Site were clean and level. They have a nice lake adjacent. Not much to see close by but this was a stop on the way to New Orleans.

A little out of the way but close to casinos, restaurants, gas.
