Not sure if our expectations are too high but would definitely not give this RV spot anymore than a 3 star aat it's best. Not sure if we were just there on a bad day but the restroom was filthy . The other thing was it is close to highways so very noisy . No fire pit areas which is too bad. We were only there one night which was ok as we were just passing through.
Nice people running the park. Conveniently located off I-20, and just down Greenwood Road from Pilot/Flying J. Good price for overnight Pull Thru with concrete pads.
We travel extensively and stay in dozens of parks each year. We stayed one night on a Saturday in early November and arrived at about 4pm. Roads are very good. Pull-through sites are large, long, paved and would easily accommodate any rig. There are wide grass strips separating the pull-through sites. Grounds are well maintained. Laundry is adequate -- one out of three washers was out of service, all three dryers were in service, all machines are fairly new, and the washer and drier we used worked... Read More

Three unisex restroom/shower units plus one women's restroom are advertised. However one of the three unisex units appears to be completely out of service as there is no knob on the door and it is deadbolted and no longer has a unit number posted as the other units do. The other two unisex units were modern and in good repair but in need of cleaning with trash receptacles overflowing and indications they had not been thoroughly cleaned in recent days. One had no toilet paper, although paper towels and hand soap were in good supply. We could not assess the one women's restroom as it was locked every time we checked it over several hours.
The young woman staffing the office spoke as little as was essential to complete our transaction. She was not rude, but could not be called welcoming. We did not see any other staff on site during our stay.
The park is easy to get to and lies adjacent to the Interstate. A Dollar General store and Pizza Hut carry-out are just across a service road from the park within very easy walking distance.

OVERNITE STAY WHILE TRAVELING CROSS COUNTRY. BATHROOMS NEEDED CLEANING. NOTHING SPECIAL ABOUT FACILITIES.
First off, this is our second stay at this Park. The Park is a Hidden Jewel in Greenwood, LA, just outside Shreveport. Reviewing other sites that have BAD Things to say about this Location, should be completely ignored. Don't listen to the CRYBABIES, this is a really nice park. How many RV Parks can you get a reservation in, have plenty of room between sites, and Grass too! Great Wifi, full hookups and NOT A RV Park with all kinds of Full Timers and Junky RV's. The management is excellent and will do what it takes to accommodate whatever you need.
Get in Late, you have a PIZZA HUT right across the road. And there is a Pilot Truck Stop just down the road, with a Denny's Restaurant.
Staying for one night or multiple nights, this is a nice RV Park!
Consider it, next time you are driving through this area!

Kind of a hidden Jewel in Greewood, LA, just outside of Shreveport, LA. Nice Concrete Pads and lots of room between Pads. WIFI is Excellent. No Cable TV. Plenty of channels available on the HD Antenna. Even though the Goodsams rating is low(7.5), (don't know why), this is a very nice park. You are close to 2 truck stops just down the road for Refueling and easy access back to I-20! NICE PARK!
Pros: Convenient location just off I-20, long paved pull thru sites with room between sites, good rate, and friendly staff. Cons: Perimeter of park is back in gravel sites with many permanent residents, many older units, some noise from the interstate. We did not use the pool (out of season) or restrooms. We came to visit family in the area and stayed three nights. We would stay here again.
