We stayed at this campground in July 2016 in a 45' Motorhome. Upon our arrival we were greeted and shown the best way to get to our site. The site was grass and a pull through...site was great. I would normally have given this park a much higher rating but for our exit experience. As we left our site a low hanging wire snagged our fixed wing HD antennae and tore it off. Our rig clearance is just under 13'. The wife of the owner came out and said her husband was off site and she would have him call... Read More

I would normally have given this park a much higher rating but for our exit experience. As we left our site a low hanging wire snagged our fixed wing HD antennae and tore it off. Our rig clearance is just under 13'. The wife of the owner came out and said her husband was off site and she would have him call me. We proceeded home on Monday and received no call. I called on Tuesday and his wife told me she would have him call. Finally on Friday AM I received an email from the owner indicating the clearance was well over 13' and that when I checked in I signed a waiver releasing the park from any responsibility. This park is NOT Big Rig friendly. There were no signs or verbal warnings indicating a marginal clearance and no one to accept responsibility. If you happen to use this park, use extreme caution.
