We have been camping for many years in different states and this one was the worst stay ever. We were told on the first night we had to many people not social distancing but we had 3 sights in a row and all family ... Next we where to noisy (playing corn hole) the bags where to noisy ... one of our family members wrote a review and had been harassed every day and night till we left... staff waited till 10:01 to tell us again to noisy and wanted us to walk the park with him ... plus there was other... Had them stop buy and say your doing good but if I get a complaint they would be back with the owner ... Today as we left one of our family members they took pictures as they left (not sure why ) but that's not cool at all.

This is a very pleasant park nicely located in the middle of the arm of Cape Cod. It's an older park but nicely kept up. The showers, restrooms and office all look like new. The roads are in decent shape. All interior roads and sites are gravel or sand but well maintained. Full hookups are great, cable is included. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. The park has access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, very convenient for biking, running or walking. They have a nice dog walk area and a very nice... Read More

The park has access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, very convenient for biking, running or walking. They have a nice dog walk area and a very nice large and small dog parks. For all that, you pay premium "Cape Cod" prices. That's really to be expected. The only real complaint is we had to pay an additional $144 for the month because we have a dog. That should be included for their already hefty prices.

We booked our stay at Atlantic Oaks early in the year for a stay in mid-July. We did this on line, which went very easily. On arrival we were checked in by the very friendly people at the front desk. The entrance is clearly marked as to where to park for registration. They gave us a pull-through spot, which most spots appeared to be. It was clean and wide and left us plenty of room to spread out within the site. Our stay was 6 days, and we pretty much used all of the amenities they offer. All of... Read More

All of the public facilities were very clean. Their store prices were reasonable. The campground, overall, was very quiet and peaceful, with a good mix of adults and kids. It's also in the middle of a lot of beaches and attractions on the Cape. We loved it.
