I wish the star rating went higher then a 5 because this place deserves it! The owners, the staff & the park overall 5+ we love this campground found it last year and went several times thru out the summer. Planning our stay for 2020 season
Peaceful & clean facility. Near fishing, hunting, trail riding, inland lakes & river access. Facilities: pool, bathroom/showers, volleyball, pickle court, sand play area, firewood, etc. Just added another 23 sites. RV & tent camping. Individual fire rings. Management ensures congenial camping. See website for rules & information.
VERY clean campground. Bathrooms are spectacularly clean. Great pool, Volley ball, play sand area. Many people come here to ride the nearby trails, so there is extra parking for trailers or the ATVs. There are reasonable rules, like all campgrounds; I like that they are enforced. Personally we love the orderly, quiet of this place. Last July we camped in a place farther north, decided to stop here on our way home, and all three of us (had a friend with us) did a big sigh when we arrived.... Read More

It was so peaceful, which we needed after our past few days. There are lakes nearby, so we went there with our kayaks on this Sept. trip, and also to a Pine River access. Also went to a chicken dinner fundraiser at a local church, with a car show. It was great. Locals drove from other cities, and said they do every year. WOW. I know you want to sell the campground, wish you well with that, but hope you are there a while longer. LOVE visiting you. (See you soon.)
RE: the appeal rating...it is 5-star for me (quiet/clean, close to trails for hubby, lakes/rivers nearby, good location for driving tours), but it is a quiet camp (not that people aren't laughing around the campfire, etc), plenty to do with smaller children in camp (your bikes, swim, sand area, etc) , teens may need to bring things to do if they are not going to swim, sight see with the family, or not riding trails. Good restaurants around. Camp store, and other stores nearby. Close to Dublin Store - a must see. Grass sites with full hook-up, fire ring, table.
