We loved this park. They were extremely helpful since we were newbies at this RV life and loaned us a cable and helped hook up our TV. Level pull through sites. We were in the shady area. No toilets or showers but clean laundry facilities. Quiet and peaceful so we stayed an extra day. Even drooled over some beautiful RVs at their dealership. Nice helpful staff. Look forward to passing this way again.
Clean park. Easy on and off access to I44 and I49. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent cable channels. Strong WiFi..... Would definitely would stay again if passing through.
We stayed 4 nights to visit some sites in the area. The park is close to I-49/US-71 (W 52nd St/Cedar Lane) but there is very little noise from the Interstate. The park was well cared for and landscaped. The interior roads are paved. The site parking pads are a mixture of concrete or gravel. The roads were narrow considering some were for 2-way traffic. The pull through sites were long enough for coaches and their toads. The sites were generally level. There is not much privacy between... Read More

The pull through sites were long enough for coaches and their toads. The sites were generally level. There is not much privacy between the sites as the sites are close to each other. They have full hook ups - water, electricity (50 AMP), & sewer. The utility connections were towards the middle of the sites. Some sites have an outside table & grill.
There are basically two different types of camp areas. One has an extensive tree canopy which almost prevents any type of satellite reception depending on site assignment and your dish configuration. The other has some sites with open access to the sky for satellite reception. There was an extensive choice of cable channels. Didn't try to get any broadcast channels.
The park provided WiFi was good. Our NET10 phone reception was acceptable.
No designated fenced pet area but there was sufficient area to walk dogs along the park roads. There were several pet waste collection stations consisting of bag dispensers and cans to dispose of waste around the park.
For being in a hazardous/severe weather area, didn't see an underground storm shelter or any structure identified as a severe weather shelter but the park had a plan to notify the residents and evacuate them to the park's storm shelter in case of severe weather.
Would stay here again if returning to visit the area.
