Maybe it was the blooming dogwood outside our door that made our overnight stay seem special. We stopped for just the night on a cross-country schedule, but we would gladly have stayed longer ir we could, This park is managed by people who care about their guests. The grounds are shaded and the price is reasonable.
Great place to stay Host were very helpful. Campground was clean and very manicured
We stopped here for just a night travelling from Iowa back home to Arkansas. Conveniently located just off US67 just outside Poplar Bluff. Food delivery from local restaurants right to your site. Beautifully maintained campground. Lots of sites with good space between them. Mature trees throughout. Hills but great roads. Friendly owners. Best thing is enforced rules make this park very homey and pleasant. If we had a reason to spend a few days in Poplar Bluff we would definitely stay here again.
We stayed here over night traveling north during the "April Monsoon". We didn't use the restrooms so I can't comment on them. The staff were very helpful Larry took us to our site, and even though it was raining pretty hard made sure we were situated on our site. He even brought flyers from restaurants that delivered so we could order dinner. The grounds were well maintained, with level and wide sites. We will definitely stop again if we're in the area.
This is a gem you do not want to miss if you are near Poplar Bluff, MO. Well laid out, with space between sites, some are in the woods. The staff is very nice and helpful. Definitely a place we will come back to. Remember they only take cash or check.
With it's close proximity to Hwy 67, traffic was noticeable throughout the evening. Good Wi-Fi. No credit cards excepted.
We are not located on an interstate and it quiets down at night. Our method of payment is cash or check. This is way our guests receive a greater discount of 20%. It is our way of saying, thank you, for choosing our campground.
