This is the worst campground I have ever stayed in. We have camped quite a lot and the rules are ridiculous. You cannot have tie outs for your pets. Seriously what are you supposed to do with your pets. And you cannot have a mat out in front of your camper. I will never stay here again
Staff was nice. and easy to work with both times we stayed. They made it work for us when came in after and just before closing time. They helped to park us so we were in the most level spot of the lot. The lots are good sized and plenty of room to stay hooked. Bathrooms were big, clean.
Very nice, tidy park. Well maintained and staff is all great! Sites are roomy and mostly level. Plenty of amenities for those traveling. Several in the park were working nearby so were staying for some time. Only drawback is the noise from I-29 trucks were quite loud at times. We would book this again though as we were out touring during the days and only notices the noise in the evening.
This was a really nice park. Well kept, and the owners are very friendly. The space was a nice size and we did not feel cramped at all. I would recommend this campground as either a great stopover, or a place to stay for a few days. Its off the road, so its very private and quiet. There are some campers there who have clearly been there a while, and their accumulation of stuff outside their campers was a bit unsightly. But it really was a nice place to be, especially with our dogs. Lots... Read More

Very nice park at a small lake area. The staff was super helpful. The property was very clean. Due to COVID19 they currently aren't taking any tenters or day passes so it was nicely quiet though there were families and others in the park. We would definitely stay here again.
Nice campground with a rural feel close to all the amenities in St. Joe. Very level pull through for our43 Ft RV. Easy access from I-29. Well cared for by owner-operators. Clean restrooms, quiet park, nice little lake. Very friendly, accommodating owners. Will return!
Road Trip 2018 (1 night): Very nice campground. Very friendly owners & staff. The only issue we had with this place was "Geese Poop" every where. It is a beautiful setting here though with spacious sites.
This is a great park, at a very reasonable price. They have a nice fishing pond (that actually has fish), a small pool, the sites have grass, some shade, and are not too close. most are pull through. The biggest gripe I have is the dirt/gravel road going up to the campground plus no cable.
We didn't like going down the dirt road to get to park and the road was narrow. Friendly people and liked they took us to our campsite.
Appears to be rv spots in owner's backyard. Dirt sites which aren't very well maintained. Many sites utilized by units which appear to be there full time. Probably wouldn't stay here again.
First thing is no cable. Over the air tv is available however I could not get it. Three nights earlier I was able to get over the air tv at another campground. 1/2 mile dirt road leading to the site. Small shallow swimming pool. No store to purchase items. Two lakes for fishing. Wifi works well. Rest rooms clean and work well. Probably would not return.
Absolutely AMAZING campground. SUPER clean bathrooms and showers. Crystal clear blue pool. Paddle boats, Jon boat and canoe available for VERY REASONABLE rental. THE FRIENDLIEST owners who assisted these first time campers FAR beyond our wildest expectations. We accidentally happened upon this campground when there were no open spots anywhere near where we live. It was WELL worth the drive. They patrol the campground on their golf cart regularly to assure everyone is safe and secure. Can't say enough about what a PERFECT first camping trip they allowed us to have. We will be back!

Owners greeted us immediately with a smile and very helpful. They escorted and directed us into our site. Campgrounds are well kept up. Did not use showers or rest room so I can't comment. If I'm in the area again I will definitely stay there again.
We arrived and were greeted by the owners. As we were checking in I asked about a local place to get a circuit breaker for our AC unit which was tripping breakers and not working. The weather was 97 the day before and we were suffering. The owner asked me a couple of questions about what was happening and he offered to take a look after getting us settled at out site. Lucky for us he went to his shop and brought electrical meters and tools to check out our problem. Never asking for any compensation. He... Read More

He was really concerned about our safety with what we described to him. As it turned out our AC unit was shorting out and causing a meltdown in the box and beginning to actual burn. It's no doubt we were about to have a serious fire.
We called our warranty company (Keystone) and they were closed.
Our unit is a new 2016 Avalanche 39ft only a few months old.
We are on a 8 week cross country trip and needless to say on a schedule.
Our host owner the contacted a local RV service company and we went ( he road with us) and got the parts needed for the repairs. He did all the repairs and spent well over 2 plus hours. He got everything working again and put back together better than it was installed.
I know this is a long review but if you read this far you now know what a great RV facility this park is. It has extra large spaces, well kept grounds and modern facilities.
I have been RVing for 30 plus years and hands down this is the park we will always remember and be greatful for the concern from the owners and staff for everyones well being.
God Bless this great and caring man and his love for mankind.
