This facility is way overpriced for what it is. We understand we were end of season and that water would be questionable whether it would be available and it wasn’t as a full hookup only to fill. We were told at checkin that we were being “upgraded” because the site we reserved the area was closed for the season. The roads were not plowed, neither were the site. It was a good place to land for the one night we were there but $74 was really steep for their lower level sites.

2022.07.16. Clean, well kept CG with nice facilities. Office was closing early the day we came and they called to let me know that and what spot we were going to be in! Our only complaint would be that half the park spots are black topped, well spaced and the other half is gravel and tighter together. We were in one of the gravel spots, which are all level. Unfortunately we could not open our awnings due to lack of space. We didn't have any issues with anyone being rude or dog issues as reported... Read More

Would recommend this CG if you are in the area.

We did not stay here. Booked a stay here from June 15 to July 6. They were supposed to open on June 1 (new park). They called us on June 13 to cancel our reservation because the interior roads had not been paved and there was a sewer leak. When we stayed at another park in the area, we drove by to see how they were doing. The sites are very close together. Interior roads looked narrow. Would be tight for a big rig. Looks like they are expanding the park to the east. It's very close to a Jack Nicholas... Read More

We’ve been here for over a week now and are loving our visit! We will be here a total of three months and are excited to see the finishing touches come together! The grounds are brand new and some areas are still under construction. We have incredible views from anywhere in the park. There is a trail that runs along side that will bring you downtown following Warm Springs creek. Great for walking the dogs! The owners are very accommodating to our needs and we are very glad to be able to have an... Read More
