What a gem! This park is quiet & peaceful with lots of amenities (games, pool, creek) and a huge dog park with tons of shade.
As others have said this RV park is very poorly maintained. There is no sign directing you to the office. Two of the toilets in the women’s didn’t flush right because of problems with the valves. The shower I tried alternated between scalding and ice cold. There was a leak in the shower arm that got everything in the stall wet, including my clothes. The power pedestal and picnic table were shared with another rig and the sites are very narrow and poorly maintained. Overall one of the worst RV park... Read More

Did not answer the phone after DAYS of trying to reach the office. No one in the office during check-in hours. Reserved and paid for a full hookup site but no water or electric was turned on. Had to move to a back in site after tracking down the hosts. Super rude woman on the phone just said "Welcome to Montana" like we should just expect crappy service and to pay for hookups we can't use because it's Montana. If you are taking reservations and I am paying up front for them, I expect to get what... Read More

Do not camp here if you care about customer service.

This RV park is stuck in a time warp. It is bad need of some capital improvements - especially to the power pedestals and gravel sites. The office hours are random, the sites are very tight with shared pedestals and the overall impression is that there is a lack of hands on management. We did not receive our Good Sam discount and the rates were too high for a park in this poor condition.
As others have mentioned, the bones are there but there is no upkeep. Despite claims that the power has been fixed, it has not. Our assigned site had a shared pedestal and was too low voltage to safely power our rig. Was told to just simply remove my surge protector, no thanks! Office was closed upon arrival at 5:30, no after hours number. Was assisted by an individual who “helps” at the park and told I could just switch sites. Moved to a W/E only site (paid for full hookups). At least our A/C worked... Read More

Many permanent residents, storage RVs and messes everywhere. Not worth the price. Head to Butte or pick another RV Park. Will not return.

Stayed overnight on our way from Wyoming to Whitefish. We knew when we reserved that we’d have only 30A electric service, but should have been full hookups. When we arrived on our site, it was set up with a shared sewer drop that was already taken by the other site. Fortunately we had dumped the night before. However, the campground should be clear that full hookups includes a shared sewer. We arrived in a 40’ Motorhome towing a Jeep. These are not big rig friendly. Many overhanging trees and very... We arrived in a 40’ Motorhome towing a Jeep. These are not big rig friendly. Many overhanging trees and very narrow sites. The campground could do a better job of marking the entrance as the directional signs are extremely confusing.
No one was in the office on a Monday at 1630, and no one answered the phone.
Nice size fenced dog run is about all we can say to give it two stars instead of one.

The park is a pretty place to stay. The dog run the best we’ve seen in a while. The owners are not the best. When questioned why they did not have a cable box that was to be located in a box by the office they became quite defensive, complaining about how expensive they are. Later when we brought to their attention a bad electrical box at the site, again getting defensive, they said perhaps we should find another park to go to. As we had already set up we stayed the night. We left our own note... Read More

The charm of this facility is its ownership and close proximity to great outdoor activity. You will not find a more welcoming and helpful staff anywhere. The sights are good with lots of trees and grass and the river runs right along side the park. WIFI is really solid and cable TV is free to boot. Propane: YES, Dump Station: YES
Not a park for bigger rigs. Only one 50 amp site, and it was too short for our 38 foot and tow. We were relocated to a "nice" spot that would fit our rig.... one with only 30 amp and no sewer!
This is a great place. Very gracious owner/host. Everything is clean and well maintained. They have wifi -- that works! -- at your site!! First place we've seen that. We felt so comfortable we extended our stay. There is a pool, loaner dvd's (lots of them), laundry. Would return here.
Gravel/grass sites were somewhat tight but manageable. Staff and owner made our stay! Very helpful with our travel plans due to the fires in the northwest. Dated restrooms but clean and well kept.
