Close to the attractions, super friendly staff. We enjoyed our time here. The restrooms were really clean and nice.
Nice park, super close to town and a lot to do. The historic downtown area was great and fun to visit. Gentleman who worked in the office gave us lots of tips of what to do and was very nice and personable, and so was the man who took our reservation. Would definitely recommend staying here. The sites are a bit narrow, but very clean. Bathrooms were spotless
This is your typical RV park: close sites, parking-lot style, and more than 3/4 of the park are full-timers at this park. The facilities are old and not maintained well. when you arrive, you come straight into the park and stop in front of the office, was put on the newer side of the park but had to make a 180 degree turn to the right (tight when your a 45' Motorhome plus a car), then make another one a short distance later. One side of the park looks like a ghetto with old run down RV's and have... Read More

One side of the park looks like a ghetto with old run down RV's and have trash laying in the yards. so managed to finally get to my spot and barely fit, lady in the office said no problem, not quite, also at night alot of the lights on the poles are burned out and seems dangerous to walk around at night with no light, one of the other things I need is RELIABLE WiFi. They advertise this, But the signal was nonexistent. When I asked for another site that had better reception, I was told good luck unless your right in front of the office. the laundry room is run down, the shower key (that they take a deposit for) fits BOTH the mens and womens shower doors (SCARY). and if you want the FREE cable, you have to put up money for the cable box. (Really??) When asked for a refund, i was told by the cranky lady in the office "no refunds, tough, deal with it". we were gonna stay for many months but ended up leaving after the 2nd night.

Free WiFi is only free if you are within range of the office. Picture on the internet advertising monthly rates starting at 295 a month is outdated and WRONG. They START at 500 a month plus electric. Long term tenants pay an additional fee to use their restrooms. Entrance is not easy to locate from the main road. Park sits between an auto body shop and a car dealership. Misled all the way - not happy - at all!
Our stay was not as enjoyable as we have liked. When I called and made the reservation I was told that I would be in the older section of the park which would be a larger space with plenty of room for my 40 footer with 4 sliced and would have room to park my car along side. When we arrived the guy (manager I think) pointed to a space in front of the office my motorhome would just squeeze into would have had to park my car across the street next to the laundry, told him that I would rather just... I could at least park the motorhome and there was room to park my car behind it in what was the storage area for park equipment and rv's, I was barely able to open all 4 slides but not the awnings. Lots of permanent rv's local workers. Will return to the area next year but not to this park found a nice park in Minden only slightly more than I paid to be a Sardine. Drove all thru the Camp-N-Town never did find the space that was described to me when I called and made the reservation. I saw in another review free cable when I return the cable box I was charge $65 for just under 5 weeks of use.

We stayed for a month; pull thru campsite. The campground is well kept; staff is friendly. Showers are clean and serviced well. There is a $20 fee for the bathroom/shower use and a refundable deposit for the bathroom key. The laundry room is cleaned and maintained. It is large and the machines all work well. The campsites are gravel with paved roads and a tree on each site. The campground is in town and close to everything. Cable is free, with a refundable deposit for the cable box.
