Pepper Ridge RV Park Good Sam Verified Campground

This facility is conveniently located, but the overall stay is absolutely horrible bad customer service I wish I would have checked the ratings before booking trash everywhere and dirty mattresses was conveniently my view from looking outside of my RV. Bathrooms are disgusting my husband had to clean a stall himself. I wouldn’t recommend this park to my worst Enemy.

I thought the GS ratings meant something but evidently not. The park looks like long term residence and run down. Restrooms and showers are AWEFUL! dirty, water on the floor, just plain nasty. Front office was not friendly or helpful, she couldn't even look me in the eyes and wore no mask (but i did). GS needs to reevaluate this property. I'm stuck here for 3 nights. YUCK!

When we arrived one of the members of our party asked for the bathroom code as she really needed to go and person checking us in refused stating "I've already given it to one person ask them." The bathrooms are also at the front of the park and are the only bathrooms at the park, meaning you'd have to walk or drive all the way to the front of the park to shower and there is only one working toilet... The bathrooms are also at the front of the park and are the only bathrooms at the park, meaning you'd have to walk or drive all the way to the front of the park to shower and there is only one working toilet and shower in the womens. We were sent to a site that did not accommodate our needed ampage and they proceeded to tell us it was our fault that we told them the wrong ampage. Also don't be surprised if you come in later and see some of the residents running a mechanic shop out of their site taking up the whole street.

Run down facility in need of a lot of maintenance and repair. Restrooms are dirty. Picnic area has old recliners and broken exercise bikes - broken chairs and just dirty with the dog area right next to it - needs to be cleaned. Many run down looking RVs there - a few on blocks. Needs a lot of attention.

This place is a rat hole. Old chairs old rv's, the lot is horrible very dirty place. Thank god for locks. I wouldn't stay there again.

Frequent gunshots, police helicopters flying overhead, etc. The pavilion had apparently discarded furniture sitting around, and trash was piled around the dumpster. Great location to a large casino and walking distance to lots of activities. Not the most beautiful campground, but has a gate and you feel safe. Spaces aren't huge, but with its location in the heart of town, I can see why they use their limited space to host as many rigs as they can. Easy access in and out and the office staff was very nice.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Pit bull are here. Gross bathrooms. Best thing for you to do is look for another place. Especially if you don't want to stay in a small parking lot. Save your time and money and find a different place!!!!

We thought the location would be great since it is across the street from a major casino. However, the park was a nightmare. People were arguing in the street, flies swarmed in piles of debris with dog waste. It appeared that people were actually living there. Suspicious traffic was coming and going. People were arguing in the street, flies swarmed in piles of debris with dog waste. It appeared that people were actually living there. Suspicious traffic was coming and going. Very little shade except under a covered area with creepy old upholstered chairs. Scary apartments on the other side of the fence. We were afraid to even open our curtains or leave our trailer and truck, and left after about 2 hours and requested a refund---we were told the refund check was in the mail, thank goodness. This park does not merit a listing with the Good Sam Club. I would NEVER recommend it and the experience actually left us feeling really bad and afraid.
