We stayed here 3 nights in a 44' motorhome. As the previous reviews stated, the roads are winding and narrow, not sure what would happen if meeting another rv coming in or going out, luckily it didn't happen. That being said, we enjoyed our stay here. We were escorted to our space and he even helped setting us up. The first space we were in was not good for satellite reception, so we called in the morning and asked if we could move to the next space and they said sure, and we got great reception. Yes you have to ride a ferry getting in and out of the park, but it only takes a few minutes. The park reminds us of a state park with full hook-ups and that is a setting that we like. Wifi is only in the office and did not use, we used our phone data from the site and it was great.

Stayed 2 nights (July 2nd and 3rd). Our experience was awful. This camping DOES NOT enforce curfew. We had to listen to loud music and loud talking up to 2 am on our first night. I called the camping manager at midnight to complain but he did nothing to resolve the issue. Moreover, our tent site was located on the septic field water over flow. (near the duck pond). So for the poor management of this camping site I would not recommend it even if the site view was very nice.

The magic stops when you pull off the ferry. Lots are very uneven and RVers are jammed packed into the few spots available, most being taken by full time residents. Couldn't do laundry because the key is not returned to the office, but rather passed around by full timers. Had a concert that lasted until 1am, that was not even mentioned on check it. PASS ON THIS PLACE!

Access to the campground is by ferry and Class A TOAD was tough hearing scraping noise entering and leaving ferry. The campground escort using an ATV to negotiate the rough terrain called roads. I was lead to the Upper area of the park and was not sure I could make it up the steep incline and deep ruts. Once setup among the seasonal campers, things were somewhat better. Nice place right off the ferry which is free and took our 43 foot class A with towed vehicle. Great views of the St John River.
