This park isn't the most beautiful one we've ever been in, but it was easy in and easy out. The staff was great and they have the absolute best bathroom facilities of any place we've stayed. We will use this RV park every time we go through Clovis.
Staff was wonderful.--exceptionally helpful--even walked our to our parking site. We stayed both as we began our trip and then again on our way back. Laundry was very nice--everything worked! Park was very quiet which is saying something important...Clovis is a railroad hub. This park was also easy in and out even though it was in the middle of town--we really liked that we could shop and eat out while there. We will definitely stay again since we are frequent travelers through to Colorado.
Best in Clovis. Very clean and well kept. Office staff and maintenance were friendly and helpful. Sites are well spaced and set up for short term or long term stays. Nice paved walking trail accessible at rear of campground. Near restaurants and shopping.
We stopped on the way back from a vacation. We were in a class a and pulling a cargo trailer. The pull thru sites are clean, level and great and easy to access. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The club house and shower areas are very nice. The internet signal was weak but that was the only improvements I can suggest.
We stayed at this park from Sept of 2018 until June 2019. We have a great experiences with the staff, the site, the grounds, facilities, and mail system. The park is safe, clean, and quiet. There's full functioning a clean laundry rooms and bathrooms. I have never had any issues with dirty bathrooms! There is on site propane filling for the tenants. Military friendly with a quick access to the base and to schools in town. There's a nice little walking path behind the park that measures about... Read More

There's also a car wash next door with fair prices and free vacuuming. Close to grocery stores and restaurants too. I would definitely recommend this park and would also stay here again!

Place was quiet and showers rooms kept clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend!!
I absolutely love this rv park. My husband and I live in this park full time. It's in a great location, very close to everything in town. The park owner is awesome. They keep the shower area very clean and have a convenient laundry room on location. I also love that I can purchase my propane right from the park!! I highly recommend this park for your long stay or even if you are passing through!! They are also pet friendly!!
The grounds definitely needs more green grass. The restrooms and showers are fantastic. Laundry is great too. Cable requires a converter box, but we used our antenna and it got plenty of tv. The downside is the Wi-Fi requires payment online to use. Good Sam should not advertise the Wi-Fi in the campground guide unless it's free.
basic place to stay. cable tv has only one channel if you want internet you have to pay for it. the ground is covered with stickers which track into the coach. noisy. ok for a one night stop.er than that all the hookups worked.
