For a one night stay this was OK. The restroom facilities were clean but needs updating. The pipes were really old and the sign stated this. My spot was a small pull through without a picnic table, but fine for me since I'm in a 20' van. I just needed an electric hookup for the night. It was very quiet, which was nice. Easy to pay after hours and was convenient. There was a dog grooming building in the park.
The desk clerk was very helpful when we called from on the road. She took our CC information as we weren't sure that we could get there before closing. She actually stayed over just in case we did come in. The park has definitely deteriorated since we last visited 10 years ago, and since the consultants visited the park to determine it's Good Sam rating. Dusty environs, weeds everywhere. Tight quarters, difficult to maneuver even a 24' unit. The bathrooms were filthy, drain covers rusty and... Read More

Dusty environs, weeds everywhere. Tight quarters, difficult to maneuver even a 24' unit. The bathrooms were filthy, drain covers rusty and cracked, falling into the drains. The code "box" broken so anyone could come in at any time. Only good thing was the high water pressure in the shower. Felt very uncomfortable there.

This park appears to be primarily long term residents. It may well be close to attractions, however that in no way makes up for the poor conditions of the park. They advertise pull thru sites, not even close. We had to back out in the morning because of how close the sites were. When I pulled in to hook up I found the sites extremely tight, we had a low hanging tree to deal with and were barely able to get the slides out. There was a giant weed (goats head stickers) that I had to remove to be able... Read More

There was a giant weed (goats head stickers) that I had to remove to be able to get down the steps - I carry a shovel and rake with me. When I went to hook to the sewer, there was no cap to remove and you can well imagine what that smelled like. The picnic table was broken down and covered with old cigarette butts. There is a "dog area" however it is nothing more than some gravel with even more goats head stickers. The man in the office was very pleasant and that is the best I can say. We will not be staying here again.

Sites are way too small, not worth $40 per night.
