This park was a wonderful getaway and stop on our adventures. The camp hosts were amazing during check in and answered all our questions about town and RV park. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners on our 2nd day. They were pleasure to talk to and answered our questions about filling up our Class A on the way out. The internet was surprisingly fast as we normally set up our Starlink and did not need to. This park is a must stay if you are passing through.
They say they are the best over nght campground around, that's true. We stayed 2 nights to check-out Roswell which is such a neat, friendly, and very clean town. Forget about all the Alien swag, that's the neat part. Thank god we were given a site with a tree for some shade. If you visit in summer remember it is 100+ degrees everyday. The sites are all gravel, and well maintained & level. WiFi is excellent, cable is excellent, water pressure is good, and the laundry room was good. Management is... Read More

Management is great, they were some of the friendliest & most helpful people I've ever met. I read one reviewer say that the septic hook-up being up on a curb was difficult for them, that's can be true, but that's not a complaint. If you have a set of sewer hose supporters, like most Rver's, that's not a problem. This park was also conveniently located near town as well. Great place to stay!

Great park, clean, quiet, staff was very friendly. Escort to the site to ensure best placement. The pull-through spots fit our rig with toad without disconnect. If you are looking for a place to stay to see Roswell, This is so conveniently located to downtown that you could just as easily hike or ride a bike as drive. Nice laundry room, as of 03/2021 $2 for washer, $1.50 for dryer. That said, the reason we didn't give it that last star was for a few small issues. As mentioned in previous reviews,... Read More

As mentioned in previous reviews, there is almost no place for pets to run. Most, as in 99%, of the park is gravel. It keeps it clean and nice looking, but also a little sterile. If you are going to use the pull through spots, the septic access is on top of a curb. Even with the jacks down I couldn't get a proper slope for the poop-chute unless I had left my wet bay open (the back in spots dont have curbs, so not an issue). Gift shop has pretty good stuff though, some locally made metal work and non-branded alien swag (most of the shops in Roswell have alien swag, but then have the store name on it as well). Overall, the location to downtown is the shining star for this park. 3 bars of 5G T-mobile

We stayed one night on our way back to Texas from Arizona. Very nice park. Friendly owners and staff. We were in a pull through site that was very level and long enough. The gift store at the park is better than the one in town. The park is clean and well kept. We will be taking the grandkids to see Roswell and will stay here again.
We had a VERY unpleasant time here!! Trying to take a SAFE trip during Covid with my grandaughters. I was upset that NO ONE wore a mask. The owner and an elderly woman working the front desk did not wear masks. Even though they have contact with numerous people for out of town they refused to wear a mask. Then the owners husband came chasing after us because he said we were driving to fast (10 mph) in a 5 mph zone and yelled so much WITHOUT A MASK at us that my grandchildren started crying and... If you want a friendly and safe place away from COVID this is not the place.

Stayed two nights in February 2020. Checkin easy and very helpful. Spots level and very nice. Restroom and shower facilities spotless. WiFi, excellent. Nice pull thru spots for large travel trailers with slide outs. Would return here no problem. Nice quiet park easy to find.
Excellent little RV park. The owners are very helpful and super friendly. Their gift shop is the best one in Roswell. They have UFO items, local and New Mexico souvenirs. Bathroom and showers are very clean. This is the best RV park in Roswell and we visit every year.
All hard surfaces were gravel except our spot along the eastern chain link fence which was dirt and some patches of grass. Level spot. We enjoyed interacting with the owners and staff. They were courteous and helpful. The Cowboy Cafe is a good breakfast spot and we could walk 1/4 mile along the sidewalk to gain access to this great eatery. We also enjoyed dinner at Peppers in town as they served fresh, authentic Mexican food as well as American fare. The UFO Museum is a must! We also enjoyed... Read More

The UFO Museum is a must! We also enjoyed the souvenir shops along main street.
Because our RV is short and our stay was only two nights we were given a back-in space (#40) along the eastern perimeter fence.

Wonderful little RV park to stay at if you are in Roswell. The owners are wonderful and very friendly. They give good suggestions on things to do in and around the area, and are great people to hang out with around the campfire. The one thing that really stood out to me was the fact that they guide you to your rv spot when you check in, limiting the confusion as to where to go and what direction. Its personal touches like this that really make them stand out above the rest. If you want a good secure... Read More

washer and dryer were a joke... HOT HOTTER and HOTTEST for the washer and the dryer.. the appliances were not maintained.. only one washer avail. out of 3 short sites- the kids took showers and said they were clean - easy to access, rate reasonable. kinda, 10$ extra for each adult. close to town and the ufo stuff.. kids rode their bikes to town and back. seems like a safe area.
The smells coming from next door we're not pleasant, but I can not say enough about how helpful the staff were. End of a long pull for us, misjudged fuel and ran out about 2 miles from park. Staff brought us fuel and guided us to park...never charged us a cent for their rescue! I will be staying in this park again next time I'm through Roswell.
Nice enough for an overnight or short stay. Staff is very nice! Facilities are a bit dated but very clean. Internet was a bit spotty, dropped out a few times but we could stream a movie. Spaces are great sized, we have a 15 trailer, but they looked ample for the rigs there. The site is mostly gravel, though, so not too inviting for pets & kids. We pulled in on a Sunday after 5 and most restaurants were closing or had closed, FYI.
We stayed at Trailer Village in a travel trailer. The site was pretty level on gravel and close to neighbors. The restroom and showers were clean and adequate. There are no activities or pool there, so be entertained in the town of Roswell during your stay. It was quiet while we were there as there weren't many other campers at the time. I would stay there again.
