Although not a visually beautiful park, it was nice & level, clean, and close to everything. Come to find out Randy of High Country RV Service & Repair, lives in the park and was readily available he got the job done quickly. We stayed for 4 nights and will defiantly return here on our future trips, it was just what we needed in just the right spot.

We stayed 2 nights passing through the area to visit the nearby National Park Service sites. The park is a several miles North of Santa Fe in the Pueblo of Pojoaque on a reservation. But the drive is fairly easy if you avoid going through Santa Fe (use the by-pass). The park is off an access road that is directly parallel to the main highway. But there wasn't much traffic noise. We stayed 2 nights passing through the area to visit the nearby National Park Service sites. The park is a several miles North of Santa Fe in the Pueblo of Pojoaque on a reservation. But the drive is fairly easy if you avoid going through Santa Fe (use the by-pass). The park is off an access road that is directly parallel to the main highway. But there wasn't much traffic noise. For being on a reservation associated with 2 casinos the park is very disappointing. It was very primitive offering no amenities. The layout of the park required a 180 degree turn from the office to get into the row where our site was located. Fortunately, the area in front of the office was wide enough to make the turn while connected to the toad. And the exit route required a sharp 90 degree turn to face the road. Very difficult for larger motorhomes. All of the sites are pull throughs that were long enough to remain connected to the toad if needed. There was an escort to the site. The interior roads and site parking pads are compacted gravel. The interior roads are narrow with tight turns. As the park was built on sloping field, it showed the park didn't completely understand the simple concept of the importance of a flat, level site as some of the sites had a slight 2 directional pitch potentially creating a leveling problem. Distance establishes privacy between the sites but they were generally wide enough to park 2 vehicles abreast. They have full hook ups - water, electricity (50/30/20 AMP), & sewer. Along the 200's row, the utility connections were spread out along the site. The sewer connect was on the uphill end & side of the site making it difficult to establish a downhill flow. Don't remember there being an outside table or fire pits at the sites. No trees so satellite reception was good. No cable channels. The park brochure didn't mention any broadcast channels. Didn't try to get any broadcast channels. The park provided WiFi was poor at best. It was difficult to maintain a connection to the internet. It was password protected. Our Verizon WiFi hotspot worked well. Didn't try the NET10 phone so don't know about the reception. The park is NOT PET FRIENDLY. There was no designated fenced pet area. There was adequate space along the park's road to exercise a dog but there were burrs and stickers everywhere. There was only 1 bag dispenser and waste collection station for waste in the entire area and 2 dumpsters. For being in a hazardous/severe weather area, there was no underground storm shelter. None of the structures in the park were identified as a severe weather shelter. We would probably not stay here again. TIP: The office is very small. It was only open 8 to 5. The park was close to being full every night we were there. The extended stay sites detracted from the overall appear of the park. There was a shuttle to either of the two casinos.

This is one of those RV Parks you probably want to stay overnight if traveling. The park doesn't have any shade, picnic tables, or amenities at any of the pads. The pads and roads are gravel and not bad, sites are fairly level. The big issue at each site was the overgrowth of stickers (goat heads and burrs). Those things were everywhere.
