Good one night stopover, easy access, shady and level. Chose this one because we gotta have WiFi that supports streaming, it does not. More than half empty so it is not an overload issue, and we are right next to the office. Good cable tv, minimal airport noise. Nice pool, bounce pad for the kids. Nothing else close by that we could see. Gravel, grass, lots of trees, very woodsy or open if you need that. Basic park.
Wonderful campground with all the amenities. Only 64 sites, we had a good pullthru - lots of room. Good WiFi, Good Cable, Very stable power and water. Close to I95 but not close enough to hear it. Leave your propane bottle outside the rig they come pick it up, fill it, and deliver back to your rig. Close to Fort Bragg and Downtown Fayetteville which is really nice. Lots of restaurants and a few brew pubs. Would stay here agin in a heartbeat!
My husband and I booked a site the day before our arrival as this was a stop on our way to get home. The staff were friendly and easy to work with and the campground itself is well kept. This is not a "resort" campground and there's nothing fancy about it, but it is very quiet, clean, and safe. The small lake (?) is really pretty and has a nice trail around it to walk our dogs.
Affordable for overnight stays just off of 95, but we actually stayed a couple of nights, as we caught a show and also visited the city's botanical garden. This campground is smaller than some but it is close to town and within minutes of any local attractions. It is near the airport but the airport is not a busy one and we only heard a few planes our whole stay in the mornings. Very quiet and well kept. Looks to be family owned and operated. North Carolina forest with sandy ground. Quite... Read More

Solid electric and good clean water with modern hook ups.

DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY! We stayed there 2 nights. We arrived at 11:45 AM - didn't pay attention to arrival time - in all the years we have camped, we've never had this issue. Went to register & the lady at the desk asked (owner, we found out later) him how much she should charge us for any early arrival!!! I honestly thought she was kidding but no one was laughing! She said we would need to pay an extra $10.00 to go to our site (by this time) 11:55 AM or we'd have to BACK OUT of the campground... Read More

We have a 27' TT no easy task to back out a long dirt road, we paid the $10 but I would not stay here again on principal!!! By the time we got to our site it was after 12 Noon. Other than that, restrooms were very clean & sites were sandy but nice. Had a concrete pad with picnic table.

This is a nice, quiet campground with level sites. The entry road is dirt, but is kept in good condition. The people in the office are very nice. This is the third time we've stayed here, overnight each time, but it's such a nice campground, we'd like to spend more time here. Maybe a couple of weeks
We enjoyed our stay and would camp here again.
This is a beautiful, shady campground about a mile and a half from I-95. You have to drive almost half a mile down a dirt road to get into the campground, but the road isn't bad. The sites are nice and roomy. We stayed one night in site 7, a long, level pull-through site. We would definitely stay here again.
Under new ownership since November 2015 having been in business for 42 years. The new owner seems dedicated to program of steady improvement and refinement. Only three shower / restrooms but they were recently refurbished and found to be clean and roomy. Outstanding laundry room with three washers, three dryers, and tables to sort and fold laundry. Remarkably clean swimming pool with a large apron and deck chairs. Kids in the park seemed to have a blast all day long. No hard stands for camper... Read More

No hard stands for camper parking but sandy soil is well packed and level. Trees everywhere. Located in the "Sand Hills" of North Carolina, be sure to bring a mat to wipe your feet before going into your RV.
NO GAME ROOM FOR THE KIDS--GREAT ! Store all that bunkum in the RV and let the kids tour the woods, go fishing in the camp lake, or spend an afternoon in the pool.
Easy access to I-95 and a short trip into Fayetteville and Fort Bragg.
Had a great time. Sorry we had to leave.

This is a nice campground. They are close to I-95 and driveway is sand. The staff was very friendly, and even met us after-hours to guide us into the site which was after dark. Sites are sandy and level. Restrooms were very clean and private. Full hookups, pull through with cable. Since we arrived late and left early, we did not get a chance to look around. The price was very fair. We would recommend this to folks driving through the area as a good overnight spot.
Quiet campground with helpful and friendly staff . There is easy access to the highway. This campground is pet friendly and there is lots of area for dog walking. We had a large pull thru site so no unhitching was needed. The restrooms and laundry facilities are super new and clean. We enjoyed our 2 day stay and would not hesitate to stop in again.
