Hagen-Stone Park is a good value. Nestled in North Carolina woodland, it is a bit out of the way but easy to get to. The RV sites are wide and well spaced. The roads inside the park are mostly in good condition with only a few dips and ruts in one small section of the RV area. The RV sites all have electric. We use 30 amp service and 50 amp may be available. Water must be shared by every two sites. In general if you get an odd number site, the water will be on the left side of your unit. The... Read More

The roads inside the park are mostly in good condition with only a few dips and ruts in one small section of the RV area. The RV sites all have electric. We use 30 amp service and 50 amp may be available. Water must be shared by every two sites. In general if you get an odd number site, the water will be on the left side of your unit. The restrooms and showers were clean and well kept. There is a tent section. all tent sites have electric a table and fire ring. Most tent sites have improved pads for a tent. A few tent sites were overcome with erosion. Two very large group areas with parking, tables, grills, and a huge fire ring in each. Bottom line, an enjoyable location with a great staff who seem to go out of their way to make you welcome.
