On-site manager. We did not use the bath house so cannot comment on it. We stayed in September, during cloudy weather, with nice breeze off the water. We had issue one morning with our Jeep not starting and on-site manager loaned us his battery recharger.

Loved this park, we were right on the water... the bath houses were well kept.. The is only one washer and dryer though... Pool don't open till after memorial day... The walk paths were very nice, but thought there was more of them.. Will def. go back..
