Old stand pine forest with easy access to boat launching and fishing is supposed to be good and the lake impoundment looks good for kayaking. Sites clean, level, and very well laid out for RV or tent camping, well separated by pine woods from the adjacent sites. Did not use restrooms, but they should add a couple more for convenience to the camper. It is a simple gate keeper operation and the gate closes at 9:00 pm and we barely made it in the dark as the park entrance is easy to miss even with... Read More

Sites clean, level, and very well laid out for RV or tent camping, well separated by pine woods from the adjacent sites. Did not use restrooms, but they should add a couple more for convenience to the camper. It is a simple gate keeper operation and the gate closes at 9:00 pm and we barely made it in the dark as the park entrance is easy to miss even with GPS. Super quiet, away from everything commercial, and our site had water and power. Stayed two days, should have stayed more, and we felt very secure.
