Nice location with view of bay. Generally clean and visually well maintained. It may be a nice place to stay if you were the only one in camp but the layout is designed so greedily that only those sites nearest the bay have a view of the bay. Everyone else just sees a solid row of RVs. Sites are about 14 feet wide so slides and canopies cannot be fully extended. No way to use the picnic tables provided. Many fifth wheelers had to park tow vehicles in overflow. Electrical power (30A) is totally inadequate and the owners don't seem to care. We were traveling with several others and most had low voltage to the point where individual power mgt systems were shutting power off. One unit fried his A/C as a result. Owners refused to acknowledge a problem proudly stating that their system was up to code as if that was sufficient for the visitors to accept the deficiencies. Rude, arrogant and unresponsive is the only way to describe these owners. A totally unsatisfactory experience.
