We only stayed one evening in this campground in an RV, while driving through to a destination. Nice facility, clean bathrooms, pleasant helpful staff. I believe this is a family owned campground. You can see the women's touch around the grounds and bathrooms with planted flowers and decor. I enjoyed my stay. The only recommendation I would make is, as the owners continue to make improvements in the facilites, is to change the size of the shower stalls. The showers were so small it was difficult... The showers were so small it was difficult to actually shower. They did have hand held shower heads but the space was so small it was hard to use effectively. Other than that it was a very positive experience.

We are staying at Olive Branch for several weeks as we transition out of our house and into full time RV living. It's a nice park, pretty quiet, and while you can hear I-71, it's a low sound. There are lots of trees, wide streets, and it's pretty well kept. The bathhouse is a bit dated, but clean and well maintained. The pool is nice, but fairly small. The one thing I would love to see in the big open field between the short term and seasonal campers is an enclosed dog park. That said, they do... Read More

That said, they do have a trail cut through the treed area along the lane entering the park. Staff is nice, pretty accommodating, very much visible around the park. We're in a 43' toy hauler, and picked our space well in advance. It's a pull through, and there is room to both open the porch and park the rig in front, but barely. We don't have kids, but there is what appears to be a nice play area, as well as a small fishing pond. They are one of few parks in the area, and are pretty far (37 miles) from downtown. They are, on the other hand, pretty close to Kings Island.

I would not recommend this campground for off-season stays, especially for arrival after dark. I stayed one night for $40, apparently the same as the regular season rate, but only electric and sewer hook-ups were available - no water (not even to fill fresh water tanks), no restrooms, no showers, etc. The worst part, though, was how difficult it was to find the assigned site at night. (I was delayed by road-work and an accident.) The on-the-ground layout is not as simple as the campground map... Read More

(I was delayed by road-work and an accident.) The on-the-ground layout is not as simple as the campground map indicates, the signage was not very good, there were no lights to help illuminate the roads or sites and even the reflective camp site numbers are oriented so that the tow vehicle headlights do not light them up. The campground is heavily wooded and probably beautiful during the regular season. I had not camped in this area before, so I had nothing to compare to the $40 fee, other than it seemed steep for off-season. As it turned out, I got more for a lot less at my other overnight stays along the way. I won't pay $40 again for such meager amenities.

I stayed when traveling north for a night , The park looks nice and would be a great place for kids. There is no cable and the internet signal is not strong enough to hook up to .

Heavy tree coverage so satellite coverage is hit and miss. NO CABLE so if you are blocked with trees, then you can't rely on some cable coverage.

We stayed over night. Site was easy to get into. Nice looking park. we didn't use the restrooms. We did notice a pool and big area for kids. easy to get to from I-71.

Gorgeous place but the "insurance" lie was used about restrictive breeds. Given a hard time by neighbors for a "restrictive" breed (Pitbull Mix) service dog. I am prior service veteran. Our dog is a nationally recognized dog for children's reading and therapy, yet there are still people who "read" or "heard" about "those" dogs. Grow up people...dogs are controlled by their owners, like children are...my dog was in bed at 8:30pm...can't say that about their kids at 11:00pm. My dog, along with all... Read More

My dog, along with all of my restrictive breeds I have owned an others have owned have NEVER bitten another dog or individual. Finally, we have been across the USA 3 times in the 18 months with our 4 dogs ALL restrictive breeds...we have NEVER been asked to leave an RV resort, park or hotel due to our dogs...this includes Hiltons and Marriotts...wonder why that is?

This is a fantastic campground. I have looked at all campgrounds within a 2 hour radius of Cincinnati, Ohio and this is "by far" the nicest, cleanest and best run campground around. I am a seasonal camper and have been here for 3 years now. Excellent management, safety is impeccable, cleanliness is unparalleled, and security of the campground is top notch. (Of course it helps that a former U.S. Marine owns the campground). They don't put up with loud parties, music and loose animals. We LOVE... Read More

It's very well kept, clean and full of trees, shade and nice space between campers. Overall......great place with great people.
