This facility seemed a little "tired"! Not a great location. The site was on grass. Sewer hookup was difficult to find among the grass and fallen leaves. Had to maneuver between trees into the site. Muddy road. According to neighbors, we dodged a bad situation with fighting families and nothing done about it. Not impressed.
Beware, GoodSam rating are completely wrong, check google reviews before booking any camp sites. this campsite is not treated with pesticide, entire rv outside is covered with mosquitoes. it rained heavily and my rv got stuck in mud while backing in. Nobody cleans the bathrooms, we stayed 4 nights because we had tickets for Cedar Point, my wife fell while entering the bathroom, because floor was covered with some slimy stuff, bathrooms only have privacy curtains, have a bench to keep clothes, but... We didn't use camp WiFi, glad to be out of there, the worst campsite in last 4 years.

We stayed for two nights. The campsite was advertised as having two pools. Only one was in somewhat working order. After looking at it closely we would not allow our four year old to swim due to dirty, cloudy water. The second pool could have been used for a science project it was deplorable to say the least. It was a safety hazard. All they had blocking it was a strip of yellow caution tape. The campsites were too close together. People walked in between campsites. The playground was good ten years... Needless to the say the website is deceiving and the Good Sams reviews are inaccurate! The women's restroom was clean but the showers were horrible! The water never got hot and the nozzle was broken and hurt my body. It is extremely overpriced for what is offered.

Stayed 3 nights. Restrooms were closed during the week. Used the laundromat that was fine. Sites were really tight and small. Wanted to stay an extra night but would of had to move to a different site so decided to go on.
Reserved a pull thru for a big rig. On arrival we were directed to a pull thru site (PT11); however, the site contained several trees which required me to back and re position several times to get situated. I had one tree literally in contact with the roof and blocking my bedroom slide. I had to track down a campground employee to help get the tree trimmed so the site was actually usable. Given my length I was unable to fit my tow vehicle fully on the site which necessitated a request to use an... Read More

I had one tree literally in contact with the roof and blocking my bedroom slide. I had to track down a campground employee to help get the tree trimmed so the site was actually usable. Given my length I was unable to fit my tow vehicle fully on the site which necessitated a request to use an adjacent tent site to park the tow vehicle. The staff allowed me to do this and was helpful. Also, the short length of the site and roadway made it difficult to hook up my tow vehicle. In addition, another tree on the PT10 site blocked our exit turn, luckily the large pull thru site in front of me was clear so I was able to depart without additional maneuvering. IMO, the site should never have been assigned to a large RV (37') as ours.

Fairly level gravel pull through site. This is a large park with many small sleeping cabins so it could be crowded at peak times. We were traveling through and a bit off season and it was not crowded at all. Park and facilities are dated. Close to busy highway but well screened. Friendly polite staff.
Very nice, smaller camp. Many things to do and much closer than in larger camps. Very good for the physically challenged. We enjoyed the weekend over the 4th and there was space even on this busy weekend! Staff are very nice and helpful. We had a good time. Not far from all the local activities in the area. restaurants in walking distance.
This is a nice campground if you plan to camp to attend area attractions. Not a lot to do on the campground site, but very nice for staying in the area to go to Cedar Point, Sandusky, Port Clinton, Marblehead, etc... Very close and centered between many points of interest and things to do. Store staff were very nice and check in was easy. The lots are small but we still felt we had adequate room. We had a good stay for the weekend.
Had a Great time Thanks. We will be back!
