Of the 800 sites, only a small portion are available for rent. Almost all are full timers. The site we were given was on grass, at the very back row, with electricity only on the site. No sewer, which was OK really, for the price would have been nice to let us know in advance, No water, unless you ran a garden hose down 3 sites. Quiet time is 11:00 PM, but was not enforced. If you have family and friends that plan to come visit, they charge each of them to enter. On the plus side, they do have a few trees. So basically for us, we paid a high fee, to get parked on grass, electricity, loud noise until after midnight, no water, and no sewer. Will we be back, probably not, there are other campgrounds in the area.
